Best part of our Cuba trip was staying here: the staff, the rooms, coffee, breakfast, everything. Staff was super friendly and helpful for all our needs. Walking distance to Obispo Street, great restraunts, museums and more. Stay here if you can.

Posada del Chacon is a wonderful place, located very centrally next to all the most important sights of Havana and nice restaurants. The rooms are cozy, clean, and well maintained. The best part of my stay was the truly welcoming hotel staff, who were always so kind, sincere, and genuinely willing to help. This place has an atmosphere where they make you feel at home. If I could give 6 starts out of 5, I would!

This is a gem of a hotel in Old Havana. It is convenient for many of the sights and restaurants. The staff are lovely and they are very willing to help in any way they can. The hotel is immaculately clean and the bedrooms are very comfortable with air conditioning which we definitely needed in temperatures of 40+. The breakfast is lovely and beautifully presented.

Outstanding in every way! This boutique hotel met our every need. Super friendly, helpful staff who arranged tours for us. Location excellent for exploring Old Town Havana. Five Star Breakfast. Super comfortable Bedroom suit with strong Wifi, Aircon and TV. Welcome drinks. Complementary water.

We stayed 5 nights here and can’t be more grateful and touched by Andres, Aliev and Gloria. The hotel is located in the heart of havana, nestled amidst near key sights, great dining options, cafes and residences. The rooms are clean, a lovely breakfast of the freshest fruit, eggs and toast prepared and served with pride 🥹 We did an amazing open top classic car tour organised by the hotel and also got to the airport in another air conditioned classic car. Havana is beautiful but the people made it unforgettable. Definitely stay here to experience cuban hospitality at its finest.

Me and my partner stayed here for 1 night, we were based in Jibacoa for 2 weeks but wanted a night out in Havana, a beautiful B&B situated in the Old Town, great location, so calm, cool and elegant when you walk in off the busy noisy of streets of Havana, we were made so welcome, the lady spoke perfect English and was very informative, we were offered a complimentary drink, very welcome on such a hot day, we were shown to a lovely room, excellent air conditioning, very clean, lovely bathroom, we had a great stay and thoroughly enjoyed Havana, a beautiful city with great people, the Cubans are very friendly, we had a great evening in the city.

La Posada de Chacon was such an amazing experience. I was with a tour group and Gloria and Andres treated us like family. They always had a smile on their face and were so accommodating to any request. The breakfast was amazing with a beautiful assortment of fresh fruit and eggs made to order. And the mojitos were the best in Havana. We left for about 5 days going to other places and when we returned to La Posada de Chacon I said I'm home. That's how I felt. If I every return to Havana I will stay there.

If I could I would give this place 10 stars! We spent 3 nights in La Posada de Chacón. Gloria was so amazing, she helped us get a transfer from Varadero, suggested the best restaurants, helped me get money from my bank account when ATM didn’t work, made dinner and live music bookings for us, you name it she was there to help! We’ve never experienced quite this level of hospitality and truly felt like this was our home in Havana. Do yourself a big favour and choose this place next time you’re in Havana!
