Visited the park and restaurant Park is amazing . Really loved it. Restaurant i cant say it is the best but vrry friendly staff The Live food, I tried the lamb and it was very delicious. From the buffet , the best part eas ice creams, deserts , fruits and Curry sauced prawns were the best. A lot of choise in the dinner. Snack bar ( very Dutch and kids and youngster will love it ) Live show, Sate Skewers ( with Sate sauce ) Steak, ( pepper sauce ) Lamb, Pork options and chicken dishes, Salad bar is very European, mix of everything Starters, Cheese , Sushi choices , Mostly immigtant works thats cool to see and they r super helpful Saw two Chef , they love to help people Diner was too busy , good to go early From balcony u can see Pink Flamingos, after a time their voice can b annoyed They need good aspiration system for Grill, if no balcony door open than all over stinks and so much smoke in the air. Upon arrival all was fine and the room was okay. But when we decided to have dinner it all went horrible. First soup was really cold, the bowl was warm which meant they tried to microwave it, so they took it back. But got the main course before getting the soup back. Then the screaming started. We heard everything went flying in the kitchen! And the screams and awful swearing continued into the restaurant. When we spoke to the waitress we said that this behaviour is reallly not acceptable. In return she angrily told us off and said we would have done the same if we were not appreciated in our work, we then said eh no we would not behave this way let alone swear like this. (Worse kind of swearing). She stormed off. 5 minutes later a woman came screaming out the lift that a man grabbed her and held her by the neck. It was like a horror film. Staff tried to calm her down, but it appeared they knew this woman and the man...when my husband asked why did they not call the police, she said she could not prove it. After this terrible episode we let the reception know that we are not going to stay another night after this one as I would then be on my as my husband was going in to hospital im Zoetemeer. Next morning we complained again whilst checkimg out. This time the manager was present. She was shocked at our complaint. She was not aware of what happened. The checking out went smoothly and got a refund which we appreciated. But never again at this hotel.

I couldn't sleep all night through the noise of the cars in the highway. Every day cleaners come to your room but the dirty towels are not replaced! Very bad kiss you don't feel good at all during sleep! The expectation is behind the desk and there you can only feel warm, No coffee machine in the room and the water cooker was very dirty! Nice restaurant but for someone who is vegetarian is not made a lot of choice! Some staff were lovely but also someone is at the reception that gives you unwelcome feelings!
