Worst hotel I ever stayed in. Carpet was filthy. Room was tiny and crowded. The place smelled terrible. Air conditioner didn’t work. Bedding was dingy and pillows were very dirty.

The tv in the room didn’t work. We moved to another room where the power shut off the whole night and we didn’t have working tv and fridge. The came back in the morning but the food was already spoiled. We also didn’t have wifi connection. The maintenance staff accused us of doing something wrong.

I understand this property is in a state of renovations. From what I saw when I first drove in an improvement has been made from when it was a Motel 6.
The grounds in general are cleaner but not as clean as they could be. The biggest issue is the large grass area that is being used as a place to exercise dogs. People are not cleaning up after their dog. Perhaps poop bags and a garbage container would help in this area. People are also using it as a dumping ground.
As the rooms are being renovated, consider should be given to a complete renovation as opposed to bits and pieces of it. Socket covers and the shower in my room needed to be replaced. The floors also needed to be cleaned. With the new flooring that was in the room a sweep and mop would have taken care of the dirt that was on the floor.
Staff was courteous. I will mention that the staff, at check in, did not ask if house keeping would be required or if I would be OK without it.
I look forward to seeing the facility once all the renovations have been completed.

Only thing I would change is the dog area needed to be cleaned up. Otherwise everything was fine

By far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. It smelled horrible and the AC unit looked like it had never been cleaned and There was no shower pressure. Will not be staying there again.
