Centro Vero Suites by Omilos Hotels

There was no indication in the property description or in the welcome email that this isn't a hotel, and there is no front desk. The property is very hard to find as it's just a door into a dark hallway with a small sign. (See my photo. Would you walk into that dark hallway in a place you don't know?) We even asked the neighboring restaurants, and no one even knew about the property entry. On arriving, there was hair in the bathroom, on the bedroom floor, and on the bed. The manager apologized and said the room would be thoroughly cleaned the next day. The inside of the suite was cleaned the next day, but housekeeping left a half-empty bottle of soda on the so-called "balcony" (see photo of the "balcony"). Also, our last evening, as we entered the dark entryway, we discovered a large puddle of urine in the middle of the floor. By the middle of the next day, it was still there and drying and staining the floor.
