No gym :( no any shop close :( Amazing dinner and staff. Expansive bar and drinks.

Amazing gourmet dining experience included in the price. Friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay again.

At the end of a valley, isolated but with some good views. Basic small room and rather Travelodge/Premier Inn style, Didn’t get quiet room requested, very noisy above. On the balcony you can breath in the smoke from the terrace smokers. Lots of children here, not an ideal couples environment. restaurant average with average food, there is an a’la carte menu but nothing on it seems to be available! Left 2 days earlier than expected. Not impressed.

Good hotel rihgt next to the slopes. The staff is very kind and professional. The bar near the reception is nice to spend time with friends and have good drinks. The food in is excellent, espacialy the dinner. The SPA area is good but could be improved.

Good points about the hotel: 1. Very well maintained and staff were very friendly 2. The room was very clean and are nicely decorated 3. The food was delicious and of good quality. Good variety of food for breakfast buffet and 4 courses meal with salad buffet for dinner 4. There is a heated ski room which is located at the entrance of the slope which was very convenient for ski in/out 5. Ski pass can be purchased at reception Not so good points: 1. the room that I stayed in (110) was facing another part of the building which blocked all the natural sunlight. 2. No tea or coffee making facilities inside the room which I think was a drawback for a 4 stars hotel. 3. It will be more appealing if they can include some Austrian dishes in their Menu 4. the ski room wasn't ventilated well enough and the floor could get very wet by the end of the afternoon. 5. The lifts inside the hotel weren't connected to all floors, we have to take the first lift to get to reception from the carpark, drag our luggages across the reception area then physically lift them up a flight of stair before getting to the elevator to access our room. This luggages dragging process repeated when we leave. 4. Onsite parking costs 10 Euros a day, valet parking is free but the car was parked quite far away from the hotel and reception has to arrange someone to drive your car back every time you wanted to use it Overall, a nice ski in/out hotel

We enjoyed the hotel, especially the ski in/ski out, parking, breakfast and the service. The food at the dinner can improve though. Overall, we recommend the hotel.

Es war alles wirklich Ausgezeichnet! Wir würden sofort wieder buchen. Sehr nettes Personal und hervorragendes Abendessen.( Halbpension) Direkt an der Skipiste, Shuttleservice inklusive. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können das Hotel mit Sicherheit weiterempfehlen.

Service hat im Vergleich zu früheren Jahren nachgelassen, offensichtlich Personalproblem.

Afgelopen kerstweek een heerlijk verblijf met ons gezin gehad in dit hotel. De superior suite “Anders” heeft een fantastisch uitzicht op de piste en heerlijke tweepersoons bedden. Het appartement is rolstoel toegankelijk evenals de hele mooie badkamer. Direct gelegen aan de piste waardoor je zo vanuit het hotel naar de Hochalm piste kan skiën (en vice versa) Heerlijk gegeten met vlotte bediening. Kort gezegd, een aanrader, wij komen zeker terug.
