Dirty rooms, rude staff. I paid for the room ahead of time of course through trip.com but had to use my credit card for a $200 hold for “damage deposit” … sorry but a damage deposit for a room in a fleabag hotel? I don’t think so!

Beds were pretty comfortable
Condition of the hotel, you get what you pay for.

I was very disappointed with this Hotel. While the service was ok. I do have a couple concerns with this place. The lady that checked us in charged my credit card twice, when approached the next morning, stated that there was nothing they could do about it until check out.
The room was disappointing, the inner door frame was broken and came off, not much good for security.
Not a place that I will stay at again.

I stayed the night of Saturday the 7th, book on ******* with payment at the hotel. When I arrived at the hotel they had charged my credit card without consulting my authorization for use, because I wanted to pay by debit for my stay and also the deposit.
So I paid in debit and it was charged to my credit, paying twice, the old lady who served us did not know how to use the system properly, she could not move the money from the credit card.
Then, when we arrived at the room the floor was dirty and also whe moved the lamp for conect our charged and we found trash in the back.

The lady who checked us in and out was super sweet. Heating unit in the room was really loud and made it hard to sleep

Great value for the stay. The room was very large and had adequate space for getting work done on the road. Will stay again if in the area!

the room and bathroom was not cleaned properly, it had dirt and hair at a lot of places and the toilet paper holder was broken and the ventilation fan area was simply an open hole.

Amazing location! Stores close by for all your needs. Close proximity to Jasper National Park.
The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable!
We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast as well.
