All good for large group stay. Checkin smooth and no problem. Breakfast fine and plenty of it. Small store in the hotel and also a spa (make sure you cover any tattoos). Staff friendly and helpful. Walkable to the train station to catch shinkansen. Staff helped ua arrange luggage transport to hotel in Tokyo. Would stay again

Communicated front desk or placed signage, their staff will still disturb, twice at least per day, for making up your room. No matter, you are sleeping or in online meeting. Someone might drunk wrongly knocking room a couple of times at night. No one can help even contact with front desk. I changed hotel, and lose my paid for continue nights. (Can imagine what happened) Good luck for everyone.

The hotel seemed to be operating at capacity, leading to long queues and wait times that quickly became frustrating. Whether it was waiting for an elevator, queuing for breakfast, or even accessing the spa, there was a consistent and significant wait involved. The elevator situation was particularly vexing, with lines forming that required up to 15 minutes of waiting just to descend to the lobby. This was especially problematic during busy morning hours when guests were trying to start their day. Adding to the disappointment, the room itself did not meet the expected standard. Despite the well-regarded Japanese emphasis on cleanliness, the room's cleanliness fell short. This was particularly disappointing considering the hotel's brand and reputation. The lackluster room quality was compounded by the less-than-ideal cleaning standards. Conveniently located near station and close to bus to Peace Park and sites. Easy for Miayajima too. Good polite staff. Helped us with checkin and stores our bags. Everything was very clean. However the room was TINY. We have stayed in other tiny rooms, but this was so poorly designed that you couldn’t open an either of our cases without putting the chair on the bed. Other rooms have ensured a space under the bed to slide a case so it is out of the way. No such luck here. So if a case is open, the second person needs to be in the bathroom. Let me blunt: we travel with hand luggage only! We are not wheeling great cases into a mini space. The air con was a mobile unit that took up more floor space and was noisy. The curtains at the window were in the face of one of the sleepers. The bathroom was tiny but worked well. Inadequate storage for wash bags. Disappointing.

Hotel is quite nice - more functional mid-market. Rooms are not big - average by Japanese standards. Breakfast is fairly comprehensive but more Japanese than European but OK. Local area is ok but not particularly exciting. The tram stop is about 3 mins walk then a 10 min ride to Memorial Park.

I only stayed for one night, but I was pretty satisfied overall. The location was very near the train station, so going out and about the town was easy from the hotel. The room might be small, but it was satisfactory for a solo traveler like me.

お部屋は、狭いけど人気の映画、大浴場、美味しい朝食と揃ってます。 そしてお手頃の値段で泊まりやすいです。 駅からも歩いてすぐの立地の良さ。 朝ご飯に、目の前で焼いてくれるオムレツ、もみじ饅頭や穴子ご飯があり、感動しました。

Gute Lage zum Bahnhof, Bus- und Straßenbahnlinien. Der Check-in ist umständlich und ineffizient. Die Zimmer sind sauber aber sehr klein und schlecht geschnitten. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit seinen Koffer abzustellen geschweige denn auszuräumen. Das Frühstücksbüffet war umfangreich und gut.

Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, grandezza della camera nella media, piumoni che coprono tutto il letto. Vista gradevole dalla finestra, comodissimo per prendere lo Shinkansen al mattino presto, ma comodo sia a piedi che coi mezzi per raggiungere il cuore della città. Ha un piccolo combini con accesso diretto dall'hotel. Colazione molto varia e internazionale, con anche croissant, pancake e momiji.
