Dating back to the late 1700s, the traditional Hotel Krone Sihlbrugg offers renovated rooms just a 10-minute drive away from Zug. Its restaurant has been awarded 16 Gault Millau points. Very cold hotel room upon our arrival, the ceiling of the room all cracked seemed to have to fall at any moment, the very feeling of the floor of the room that was uphill ..the bathroom was ok the hot water ok also the bed is comfortable and silence room

The hotel is located at a busy, unattractive road junction although the rooms at the rear are quiet. The rooms are well appointed and clean. However when we were there the hotel was virtually unstaffed and the young woman who did appear to show us to our room was polite but unhelpful. The restaurant was unfortunately closed. The price asked for these rooms is usually high for a 3 star hotel in this area and there are better and cheaper options nearby. I cannot recommend this hotel.
