Nice hotel, nice location, but there is only one thing need to improve, the water isn’t hot enough to shower.

This Hotel customer service is amazing !!! The house keeper are all very friendly and warm to the guest .
Special thanks to the reception Miss Sunnie, she make sure that the room is cold and nice before my check in. No other hotel have this kind of great customer service.
There is gym and you can even wash your own laundry in this hotel.
Will surely choose this hotel to stay in all my HCM trip.
Keep up the good customer service.

The place is so clean, staffs are super duper nice ❤️❤️❤️. There is even a place for luggage storage if you plan to go anywhere after checking out of the hotel and doesn’t want to carry it around the city - definitely will come back

Extremely helpful staff. Free laundry, space for yoga and a gym. Many restaurants within walking distance. Coffee shop downstairs. Room was spotless. House keeping does an incredible job. The reception staff go above and beyond.

Clean hotel . Quiet room.reception helpful and cheerful. Reasonable price hotel. Room is cosy and adequate. Toilet is very clean

I have a good experience at there, the building was new and clean , i love the decoration and the vibe there , its safe and not looked scared. Recommend for young adults and solo traveller , safety 10/10
And the stuff very helpful even in mid night they direct chat to check up on guest. Thanks
