We were only at this home stay for a few hours but the owners were super accommodating. We had a unfortunate situation where a purse and passport was left on a bus that continued on. Within a less than a 6 hour period the owner got it figured out, made arrangements and got the passport with all its money, credits cards, etc. back to us. So far as to running out the retrieve it from the bus station when it was returned back to the city.

They did not give me the room I booked, they gave me a very basic one which was old and not in the best conditions, I could not even stay for 1 night, did not feel comfortable at all

Nice and very helpful family running the homestay! Breakfast was excellent, and we were able to rent nice bikes for the day. The rooms were not what we had expected (smaller, darker, more enclosed, not fully seperated like a bungalow, no garden view) , and the condition was not super good.

Had a good experience at the homestay, breakfast included and some good restaurants in the area aswell. Scooter rental is worth getting as some stuff is a bit further away but Hang Mua is nearby and good walks around the area behind the property

We really enjoyed our stay here, just a short taxi or cycle to Tam Coc (we rented the bikes from the Homestay). Comfortable beds, good aircon, and absolutely delicious home cooked food! Great location, also a short cycle to Mua Cave and temple of 500 steps. Our host, Bao, was very helpful, and arranged our early morning taxi to Tam Coc for our coach to Cat Ba (via google translate!). We extended our stay due to typhoon Noru's rain and wind, and were grateful for the outdoor covered space outside our bedroom! We ate here every meal as all dishes were freshly prepared and cooked and delicious! Would recommend!

The owners were friendly and helpful. They do have bikes for rent at 40,000 đồng each. A choice of western breakfast such as banana pancake or beef pho. They do offer a variety of food in their menu for a price. They do have beautiful view from the rooftop but it is a tricky climb up there. You need to be quite careful with the narrow width of the steps and pull your body through a hole to get from the third floor to the rooftop. Once you are up there, make sure you don’t put your weight on the weak spots of the wooden planks. It would be great if they had inform me that the chicken I ordered was 500,000 đồng instead of the 300,000 đồng like they written in their menu. When confronted, they said mine was special. As for cleanlinesses, it took them less than 45 min to prepare our room as when we arrived, the guests from our room had to move to a different room. The air conditioner in our room worked really well. They arranged our transportation from Hanoi to Ning Bing for 210,000 đồng and from Ning Bing to Halong Bay for 300,000 đồng.
