Good services for everything, everyone are nice and friendly especially the lady name HANG. Really a good hotel in HoiAn, definitely will go back again.

AMAAAZING
My 12 year old wanted to write the review 😊:
La siesta is an amazing mini resort that has four swimming pools. I loved how I had a choice in what kind of pool to swim in, for example an infinity pool or a shallower one. The juices and drinks are all very refreshing. There was two restaurants, one with western food and another with Vietnamese food. All was delicious. The staff are all super polite and friendly and you receive some refreshing welcome drinks as you are checking in. The hotel looked stunning and is stunning. And even though it is close to a main road all sound is unheard. Me and my family rode some bikes into town which is not that far away.
La siesta is so good that we have decided to return after 2 days! I would highly recommend La siesta if you would like a relaxing holiday by the pool side or sitting having a beer.
Vi our welcome advisor was amazing as were all the staff in the restaurant and the gentleman who helped us with our luggage.

It is an adorable hotel with the star-of-the-art facilities. With great hospitality, the staff present a high level of professionalism. They can speak good English and were very willing to communicate with guests. It was nice stay and I would very much recommend this hotel to other people.

We had amazing experience at La Siesta :)
Great service from reception Ms Sunny and Ms Lucy for helping us kindly, and bell boy carried all of our luggages. We got a free upgrade to suites room.
Also Spa was super nice. restaurant manager and team was gave us good service, great food !! Upon the check out, there was a small issue for the luggages which is the team accidentally didn’t put our luggages inside car, but Ms Lucy and driver help to bring our luggages at the airport. Thank you for great service and follow up to solve problem. We had great time in Hoi An!
프론트 사람들이 너무나도 친절하고 한국인에게 매우 우호적이에요 호텔 규모도 엄청나게 크고 수영장 4개와 맛있는 베트남 음식까지 .. 위치도 올드타운에서 7분정도이고 저녁엔 걸어서 다녀왔어요 코코넛 배까지 갔다 호텔이나 올드타운까지 오는 서비스도 있으니 잘 알아보시고 사용하시면 더더욱 좋을거같아요 !! 한국 게스트들에게 더욱 추천합니다

I will not come back there. The reason is at first my room smell so bad so i changed to different room, then the soundproof is bad as well and I couldn’t sleep because of the children crying in the room next to mine, it’s noisy people walking on the corridor. I ended up sleeping few hours a night, so exhausted the next day

Beautiful hotel. Stayed 3 nights and i loved every single moment. The staffs were incredibly helpful and patient.
The pools are well maintained and beautiful as well.
