Not impressed at all. We had the King room and there was barely any room to walk around the bed. If you want a room and have the need for some type of privacy from anyone that would be in the room with you then this is not what you want ! No chest with drawers, no nightstand per say, and if you like to have a tub for children to bathe them in again this is not the place for you. Definitely won’t be staying here again. The only positive is the room and lobby was clean.

We stayed for a pit stop during a longer trip. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean and nice. Frankly, I would have given all 5 stars except the clerk that checked us in was not particularly friendly.

I REALLY liked this hotel, I've stayed in several in Roanoke over the years and this one was fantastic. The staff were super nice, they had a great spread of snacks and drinks for purchase, the rooms were perfectly sized and the bed was super comfy. Also the showers, fantastic water pressure.

My husband was experiencing low glucose levels late at night. Instead of making us pay for juice, we were offered free juice and an offer to help as needed.

The tv wasn’t working in the room. The front desk clerk fixed the situation quickly. Room was clean

Everything was great until the shower, which was simply the lowest pressure I have ever seen. I could not adjust the head to anything else stronger. The temperature of the water was not very hot, either. No bathroom fan. Oh well, I eventually got clean ?!?! Other than that, very happy.
