My hotel experience at Hotel Sheldon was terrible. First, the hotel room was really small, the hotel bathroom had a really bad odor, and a lot of roaches were coming out of the bathroom. We were given dirty cups and the refrigerator did NOT have any refreshment drinks at all. On top of that the TV was not working at all. Be mindful of a fee of $85 which include parking and to visit or stay on the resort. Worst experience ever. Everytime I asked for manager they were unavailable. Never again.

We walked right out the door to the several miles of beachside restaurants, stores and hotels that comprise the Broadwalk. Fabulous beach view from our room. Our room was cleaned daily and absolutely pristine. Two chairs and an umbrella came with the room which meant we could sit
On the beach as late or early as we liked and no charge! Weather stunning. Staff welcoming and accomodating. Older building but well kept. Great value as you are not paying for a fancy lobby but the beach is your go to hang out!

The Sheldon was perfect for our short stay in Hollywood Beach. It was clean and updated. Very convenient location!

Nice people. Nice hotel. Sandy sheets, Loud outdated cooling units right outside our window rattled and groaned all night long. Excellent location. Second rate amenities.

Very good location. Very nice location, you can get out to broadwalk and beach immediately. Many restaurant options. Very nice staff.

Property was lovely /beach beautiful. However it would have been better if I could have gotten a room with window view of beach instead of a corner room with the view of highway.

Convenient location . Near the beach centralized location and parking is close. The room was clean and our stay was quiet. Unfortunately when I requested a room cleaning in between my 5 day stay they only removed the trash and did not freshen up the room. (Bathroom needed some tlc) This was a service that they offered but did not provide. Other than that I definitely recommend for an affordable stay on Hollywood Beach

The location was amazing. Simple hotel, well worth the price. I thought the beds were hard, but that was my only complaint (and most folks like a firmer matress than i do)!

The lobby was extremely dark. The clerk, was not friendly and tacked on a resort fee - no advance notice and no resort to justify it. The halls reminded me of pictures of a rabbit warren. 7 turns from elevator to room. When you turned on the water in the bathroom sink the pipes rattled so loudly you couldn't hear the person standing next to you. Nice ocean view. NOTHING else!
