Our beautiful private 2 bedrooms/1 bathroom is a home away from home. It is minutes from campus, an easy commute downtown and close to hwy 36. Our space is ideal for a family or two couples. Our space has a wet bar with a dishwasher and sink. Cooking appliances are available upon request. Please see amenity details to see what is available to you while you stay with us. We have a spacious living room area with a 60 inch television connected to local cable as well as streaming services. Our space has two bedrooms each with a queen size bed and dresser. The bathroom has a soaking tub, shower and washer and dryer. We also have a large backyard with a gas grill. Amazing Location in Boulder just minutes from the park and ride. Close proximity to Whole Foods, restaurants and more. Close proximity to hiking/biking trails. CU Campus is an easy bike ride. Quiet neighborhood. Home is updated and new. Very clean and quiet. The Space has a separate entrance on the side of the house. Full bedroom, bathroom with rain shower and full washer/dryer. Family room space and small eating area that overlooks the backyard. Microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker. Please be considerate as it is attached to my home. No smoking or vaping on premises. No burning candles or incense. Remove shoes will in the space at all times. Check in is between 3 and 9 pm. No check ins will be allowed after 10 pm. Check out is at 10 am. No pets/animals service or otherwise allowed due to severe allergies of homeowner. No long term stays. This is a renovated basement apartment (ceilings are low, 6' 2") in our historic bungalow in the Mapleton Hill neighborhood. A 10 minute walk to downtown pearl st, as well as the Mt Sanitas trailhead puts you in an ideal location to experience some of the best that Boulder has to offer. You have your own private entrance in the back of our house accessed by a brick path, and the apartment is locked off from the upstairs of our house and is totally private, non-lived in space.
