Stay in an established neighborhood close to shopping, Shasta Lake, and 2.2 miles to Bethel church. 2 miles to I-5 and 1.8 miles to Raleys. Private master bedroom and bath, connected to a single-family residence, some walls connect but no one has access to that space but the guest. Guests do not access the main part of the home. Double patio doors provide a separate entrance with queen size bed, updated tiled bathroom, hanging rack for clothes, dining table and two chairs, TV with Apps, microwave, and mini-fridge. This private 1BR apartment is great for the garden yard, access to Whiskeytown lake & walking trail on the Sacramento River. It's 10 min drive to Whiskeytown beaches and hiking. One mile to coffee shops and downtown Redding & a quick walk to the Sacramento River trail. It is also 10 min drive to Bethel Church (excellent place to stay for conferences or visiting students). Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable bed. Mini-split heat and AC. Off street driveway parking. ** Just so you have ALL the info… i do live upstairs with housemates. Quiet hours are 11pm-8am.
