It was like walking back in time...the craf**anship of the pub and dining area is original. Staff was very friendly. And it is pet friendly as well.

Great place if you want a more historical and old school experience and are willing to forgo certain comforts. Expect squeaky and floors, thin walls, and irregular floors after temperature. Can’t be a “Karen” when staying here.

Location and bar were great, room very disappointing. Ask for a newly redone room, our bathroom was terrible and outdated

Cocktails and lobster roll were excellent. Bartender friendly with great suggestions. Morning coffee appreciated.
Bed comfy. Staff welcoming.
Room could use a little adjus**ent for drawer space. It’s an old historical building. Not modern. Been there twice before. Just like the vibe.

The staff from the time we checked in till we checked out was very friendly. The room considering the age was nice. The food from their restaurant was absolutely delicious. The only problem we had was sleeping tho. Having a bar downstairs and nothing between it and upstairs the noise from the customers and music was really bad. Saturday night it stayed loud until 2 in am. If they did something like doors between stairs to room and bar to help with noise would be great. We ended leaving early in morning to go home and sleep. Other than noise it really is a nice hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Wayne very much. Our food/bar service was great, the staff was very accommodating and pleasant. The food was delicious.

I understand the building is old, but it needs serious updating. The sink is in the room, the shower is small and the toilet is small as well. If you are overweight, you would have been unable to fit in the shower. The carpet was old and dirty. The staff was attentive and mannerable, but the owner needs to readdress the quality. I was told this was the best of the properties he/she owns.

Unfortunately I felt extremely unsafe and uncomfortable, like never before in any other hotel.
The hotel is looking vintage and nice, but it definitely needs to be taken good care off. Badly smell starts from lobby. The room by itself was just terrible, old, poor, smelled, dirty carpet, broken furniture, cracked walls… I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND to anyone staying in this hotel. I believe that type of property can not be acceptable by the law as a hotel. P.S. 1 night of this experience cost me $244
