Best Hotel(Hostel)

We had a wonderful stay at Best Hotel (hostel). We were a family of 4 (2 seniors and 2 adults). The location is superb! Near food shops, 7/11, stores and MTR station. Across the street and a few blocks away is the temple street and more or less 15 mins. walk to Mongkok. We stayed during winter season so walking around the area is not an issue. The best thing is the place is quite and fully secured with keypad locks. Will definitely comeback. The place is ideal if you just come to rest and sleep like we did since we were outside the whole day. Thank you again!

The location is great, my room was tiny but clean and totally sufficient. It had a Tv,hairdryer and basic bathroom amenities. My only issue was a check-in as I didn't read the reviews and hadn't contacted the hotel in advance so ended up waiting for quite some time because there's no staff. After I received the message with all the access codes, no issues whatsoever 🙂I was very lucky because I arrived in the afternoon, can't imagine arriving at night😅

A normal place to stay in HK, a good location

大通りに面していて、地下鉄の駅も近く夜も安心できる立地にあります。コンビニも近くにあります。 チェックインはwe chat又はwhatsappでスタッフと連絡をとる必要があるので、このどちらかのアプリを事前に用意しておいた方がいいです。 チェックインの連絡がスムーズにいかなくて、部屋どころかホテルに入れず、扉の前で30分近く待たされました。 その後もなかなか返信が無く、本当に宿泊できるのか不安を感じました。 部屋は狭いですが清潔です。 その後トラブルが発生しましたが、フロントには誰もおらず、we chatでコミュニケーションを取りきちんと対応していただきました。

第一次去香港，在網上訂的！房間不大夠一個睡，安全性能保證！帶了份重要文件，居然沒丟，不錯！有共用的冰箱，洗衣機，廚房，服務員大姐熱情，衞生間的門關不嚴，門口別門的了栓不好用該維修了，要是屋裡有窗和小桌就好了

一個人來香港去紅館看演唱會，選了很久選到這家，熟悉路況後凌晨我花差不多半小時就能回來休息。比較難找，需要花點時間用導航熟悉下附近，而且注意不要導航到其他疑似同名的酒店。單間房比較狹小，可以見其他評論的圖片，但這個價位在香港算是極具性價比的了。加上社恐，很適應＋喜歡的無接觸服務，總體感覺很愉快。開心難忘的演唱會之旅＋愉快的入住也極大增進了我對香港的好感度。 設施：單房能用到常用的基本都有，水杯洗漱用品我都是自帶的，沒有臉盆。轉換插頭也有是比較驚奇的，因為看別的酒店評價很多都是抱怨沒有轉換插頭的。還有，就是吹風機在門口，需要自己記得拿進去吹頭髮用。 衞生：乾淨整潔。 環境：因為是一層樓很多房間中住的一個，所以進出會感覺擠而且有點悶。但房間內還是自動開了通風設備的，感受良好。 服務：和其他評論説的一樣，需要提前幾天微信聯繫酒店官方，然後按照説的做就行了，似乎有點複雜，但我是很能接受且喜歡這種無接觸式服務的。説是15點入住，其實14點左右收拾好就允許入住了，不過要求11點準時退房，需要注意遵守。

Spontan habe ich dieses Zimmer online noch gefunden und in der Nacht gebucht. Gute Lage und die Ausstattung völlig ausreichend. Leider war es sehr laut im Zimmer und die Geräusche der Straße waren deutlich zu hören. Auch war es sehr geruchsintesiv im Zimmer. Der Check In gestaltete sich schwierig, Stunden nach der Check In Zeit konnte ich erst in mein Zimmer aufgrund von Vorbereitung des Zimmers und fehlende Zusendung der Türcodes. Rundum sind die Zimmer in einer guten Lage und da muss man abwägen worauf man Wert legt.

代媽媽訂的，她晚上去登記入住沒有前台也沒有人，打電話問說沒這個訂房記錄，後來又說有了，說要自己去用密碼開門，上去4樓都沒人入住的，媽媽說感覺恐怖像凶宅，直接離開根本沒法住，錢也不能退不可取消，差評。

衞生可以，不足就是靠道邊，藉此地感謝本地一大哥，語言無法交流下，我問他路，他就熱心幫我找警察，幫我叫的士，一直開摩託跟車送到旅店門口，給錢也不要，讓我很感動。還有旅店旁葯店的姑娘小夥，在我電話打不出去情況下，用他電話聯繫店主，要開鎖方法，仔細告訴我，我無以致謝，買一點潤膚露以表感謝吧。笫一次來港因為哪都陌生，遇到熱心本地市民，心裏好温暖，祝好人一生平安，健康長壽
