Always a memorable trip. Got married here in 2020 during the pandemic. Now back here for wife’s birthday. Brought back wonderful memories.

Disapoitment !
I'm told that there is no electricity and water from 1am to 5am. Understand ~
But I'm not expecting the light to be turned on twice during that period.
The assistance call of the hotel is a disaster!
No return call and no further follow-up. No appology and no a word of care...
I have a higher level of expectation from this kind of hotel.

Their service was exceptional, but the let down was the toilet sink being blocked and the toilet has a strong cigarette smell (possibly from the previous person who stayed in the room).
The bar at level 26 is worth checking out. It has great views of the Harbour and peak.

Maintained well with good dining, but sound proofing from the roads outsides is not good

Very modern and clean rooms. Great view, overlooking the hilly hongkong condos. Excellent staffs. If you plan to uber or take taxi everywhere the location is nice and center.

Always a great place to stay in HK. Super friendly and helpful staff and the rooms are nice and clean. Don’t forget to get your dining voucher upon checking in - really good value for money, Poppinjays is a nice place to spend it.
