Have always been staying at this hotel whenever I am back in HK. Staff are very knowledgeably, friendly and helpful. Hotel is conveniently located, MTR and ferry is just around the corner. Highly recommended to everyone out there. Looking forward to go back to the hotel in 2 weeks time 🥳

Location is great and near to north point station. We went there for a short trip. Value for money would be off the charts as we booked at midnight and only has the biggest suite. Upon entering the hotel lobby, it took a long time to be able to confirm the booking, and even longer time to get the key due to verification and safety procedure. The staffs overall are professional and nice and understanding. The hotel itself has the grandest view with two tv, two separate bathrooms, two bathrobes and customized toiletries. They have swimming pool at the 2nd floor and also buffet stand as well. The food was alright, as it was a buffet worth around 250hkd each from East to South Asian, European, American cuisines. I'd recommend staying not for the price but for overall experience. It would be best if it's booked earlier as there are a lot of options and rooms available by the time. My friends and I stayed here during the April break. Beautiful hotel in a great location. Smooth check in as always! Food/ drinks were amazing as ever with a great view. However my friends and I were running early in the morning and requested a continental breakfast with a banana. To my amazement the hotel said they do not have bananas 😂, but they made us a delicious ham sandwich with freshly squeezed orange.

Spacious Room with seaview, room is clean and comfortable. Location is great, just 2-3mins walk from mtr station and there are many restaurants nearby.

A bit far from central but clean hotel with ok room size. Breakfast did not worth what paid for

The service is excellent and the room is great. I like the swimming pool and gym.

My boyfriend and I decided to do a staycation for the weekend and Hyatt Centric was an easy choice. Although the room was quite small, it still provided that luxurious vibe. I think I would upgrade to a bigger room to be able to enjoy the bathtub as our room selection only had a shower. Staff were very helpful and friendly!
