Hop inn On Nathan Road

I'm a solo traveller, reached early around 1 plus hopping for early checkin. But room wasn't ready which I understand and will come back by 3pm, the staff urge me to come much later at 4pm instead. Managed to check-in at 4pm, was asked to scan some qr to upload your booking details and shoved with a towel and toothbrush kit box and assigned to lvl 4 which will have to take the life to ground level, change to another lift to level 4 and walk some distance to the room. So from that point onwards, was the last interection you will have with the staff which covered the service part. Room was ok for the size in hongkong, private bathroom and bed was there. Tv not working, bed side light not working. But the important point is on the bed, I always find little flies and once even a baby spider. Luckily I'm not afraid of it so I didn't bother to complain, as I also don't want expect any good recover service from a budget stay but good to let the others who would be bothered be aware of. Lastly I wonder is it because I'm solo and insignificant, the level 4 do not have it's own water dispenser. Whenever I need to top up water, I will have to take life to ground level and switch to another lift to level 13 and take water. Such inconvenience.

The hotel is located in the heart of tsim sha tsui and every 1-2 minutes there’re metros so it’s very convenient for you to travel around the city. The accommodation is quite small but suits for the price and it’s easy to find the check-in desk just bu the elevator. However, there’s no bathtub and towel like it claims on the website

Clean, comfy, practical, size is usual for hk budget hotels. Hot shower and amenities provided. Will stay again if in tst.

Our overall experience staying at Hop Inn Hotel was satisfying. The staff members were approachable & easy to deal with. Although we arrived late due to airport processing delays & we failed to check-in on our supposed Day 1, but I was surprised to know that they actually waited for us until midnight. We arrived past 1am. We had to check-in at another hotel. I liked that they can be contacted conveniently through WhatsApp, so every time we have any requests like water refill for the water dispenser, a replacement towel, or toiletries, we did not have to go to their main office on the 13th floor. They cleaned our room daily during our 5-day stay. Our belongings remained safe. I appreciate that they had a big shelf by the side of the bed, where my kids placed their stuff so their out of the beds and another shelf at a corner with a few hangers where we organized our used and unused clothes; hot and cold shower; two stools/chairs; and most of all, a medium-sized table where I was able to temporarily store our foods & vitamins where they can be easily reached and work conveniently with my laptop during the night. Only suggestion for improvement, though, is to get rid of the smell of cigar smoke in the room. Thankful that we had my daughter's anti-allergy meds with us and her allergies did not trigger. I think the size of the room is moderate, you get what you pay for. However, the hot water from the water heater is not long-lasting, which is not suitable for people who prefer to take their time while showering. It takes some time for the hot water to replenish once it runs out.

Convenient to travel and located near shopping and restaurants.

We were very happily surprised by this apartment! We stayed for a week with our small baby and found the location to be perfect, right by the MTRa and all the fun of Golden Mile. Lots of choices for restaurants nearby. The room was great and had windows on both corners. We expected it to be very small, which it is, but there was plenty of room to store suitcases under the bag and spread out things out. The bed also was bigger than expected, plenty of room for two people. The bathroom is very small with the shower going right over the toilet but it worked well. We could have stayed longer and would definitely return. I highly recommend this as a budget place to stay.

Very good place comfortable and very close to MRT close to shopping center, staff friendly 😊 I will advice my friends to stay here for sure.

We absolutely loved our room. Allthough it seemed a bit small, there was actually plenty of space for two peaple to leave our stuff. The shower was good, we could grab free drinking water and the room was clean. Highly recommended.
