Περιβάλλον: Εδώ έχουμε καλή σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής, με θέα στη θάλασσα από όλα τα σημεία και ωραία θέα. Το δωμάτιο ήταν επίσης αρκετά μεγάλο. Εξυπηρέτηση: Η εξυπηρέτηση δεν ήταν ούτε καλή ούτε κακή, καθώς δεν χρειάστηκε να απευθυνθώ πολύ στο προσωπικό.

Very close to my office so there's a walking path at the harbour which is next to the hotel for you to go Causeway Bay which they have plenty of food there. Also near around the hotel too.

Excellent Experience, Thanks to Maria’s Outstanding Service! I would like to give special recognition to Maria, the lady who served me and helped me with my check-in. She was extremely friendly, helpful, kind and professional. She was also very experienced and attentive. I didn’t even need to explain what I expected or needed — she seemed to be able to read my mind and understand exactly what I was looking for. She really did an excellent job! Originally, I had planned to stay at the hotel for just one night. However, I found the hotel so comfortable and enjoyable that I decided to extend my stay for another night. Then, one day later, I came back again and booked a third night! Overall, my experience and level of satisfaction were excellent. I genuinely believe the hotel should recognize and value Maria’s professionalism, experience and dedication. The reason I returned and decided to extend my stay not just once, but twice, was largely because of the excellent impression she created through her service. However, I would also like to mention one disappointing experience on my last morning at the restaurant on the 41st floor. While I was having breakfast, I temporarily left my table to get some more food. I had not finished my breakfast and my belongings were still at the table. When I returned, I was surprised to find another man sitting at my table. I had to explain to him in Mandarin that it was my table and that I had not finished my breakfast yet. I understand that the restaurant can be busy, but I felt that the staff should have checked whether a table was still being used before allowing another guest to take it. This was not what I would expect from a hotel of this standard, and the situation could have been easily avoided with better communication and attention from the waiting staff. Despite this disappointing incident on my last morning, my overall experience at Harbour Grand Hotel was excellent, and Maria in particular made a very positive impression on me. Her professionalism, kindness and ability to understand guests’ needs really stood out and made me want to stay longer.

Great stay at Harbour Grand Hong Kong! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the harbour view was beautiful. The location was also very convenient. Overall, a pleasant experience and I would happily stay here again.

Nice location, run while enjoying victoria harbour view, HK famous ting-ting tram jist right in front, specialty coffee shopes, local cuisince, convenient stores all within walking distance. Strategic yet not crowded location

The accommodation was very nice. View of restaurant and also the breakfast pretty good.

Very nice view, amenities are all complete aside from toothbrush and toothpaste need to bring your own if dont wanna buy from them.

My room view can see through Kai TAK ! Very good service, especially for the pillow options!
