Not too happy with their service and attitude at the front desk. Location is good but staff needs to be more courteous with their customer.

The most greedy hotel I ever stayed. Checked in at close to 12 pm and front desk said room is not ready and please come back at 3 pm for the room key. However she added immediately, if I pay HKD 300 on the spot, I can check in immediately as the same room type is available. How greedy can this hotel be?? Instead of building goodwill when time are bad, tourists are little, this hotel choose to take advantage of the customers. Hotel is telling customers that I have the room but I am not giving you early check in until I get paid?? So all goodwill for this hotel are loss and goodbye this greedy hotel.

Check in time is 3pm. Die die have to wait till that time. Counter only have 2 person and it took long to check in and have to wait till 3pm. Check out also slow, have to wait to Q to check out.
Only location is good. Will not come back again

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel as it was centrally located near many hot spots of Hong Kong. MTR station at walking distance. The MOKO mall was connected to the hotel. Many restaurants were just within 5 min. walking. The service of the staff was excellent.
The outdoor swimming pool is open till 21:00 in the evening, which we loved a lot as we could cool down after a busy day with lots of walking. The hotel is very clean, beds are comfortable and the sheets were soft. Recommended for all families. Will stay here again the next time!

The room was great for our group of 3 with 2 queen size beds. The location was convenient and just walking distance to the MTR, cafe and street food. :)
Will definitely be back again the next time when i am back in HK

Everything is good just the cons is our room is not accessible to lift. We need to climb a stairs with our luggages from lvl 18 to lvl 19. Bathroom is big enough but the water after shower will flow to toilet side.

If you want a very spacious and comfortable place to stay, choose this. One of the best! The staff are very good and easy to ask of you have concerns. Hope to come back again. The curtain in the bathroom can be opened or close automatically, its modern, clean, good smell and they always change the towels and replenish the necessities. Thank you!

Location was good, situated in MOKO and accessible to Mong Kok East MTR. Was assigned a room in level 19 and the not-so-convenient part is that the lift only serve till level 18, hence requiring to take the stairs daily.

Location is good connected to the mall at Mong Kok East. The room is big but they need to pay more attention to cleaning. One of our mattresses was dirty and the bed sheets were damp.
