There were 3 person in reception and delayed 10 minutes with one costumer ahead of me, the 3 persons. I just wanted to make checkout.
The shower super dirty with black spots.
The electrical stair to lobby does not work, and need to make line for long time in the elevator
The check-in was nice and professional, the guy was paying attention to my expectations. The rest of things, disappointed.

I really liked the room and the breakfast, but the bathtub was a bit dirty unfortunately (I saw some dust when I turned on the tap). I wish there were more food choices for the breakfast too, like more cold cuts (they only had turkey ham and salami) and plain yogurt instead of packaged frozen yogurt. I prefer Hyatt centric’s buffet, but I guess for the price it’s not too bad. Also the desk light in my room wasn’t working for some reason. However I do recognise that demand to stay here is really high this season (even the lifts were full), so I understand if not everything is perfect.

This is one of my favourite hotels in Hong Kong. The temperature of the pool and jacuzzi were great!.
I had a simple dinner at The Tin tin bar. Very relaxing vs the very busy cafe

A great place to stay with a good gym, swimming pool, children's play room , tennis court and a good variety for breakfast albeit could be warmer.
