The Royal Garden Tsim Sha Tsui

Surprised to have an upgraded room for a 3 nights stay! Roof top swimming pool with nice harbor view. Clean water. Great gym too! Room is big. Close to shopping mall and shops n restaurants. Taxi station just next to the hotel lobby! Public transportation also close to the hotel. Staff are all initiative and polite. Wonderful stay and must come back.

TST is a great place to stay because there’s always life and something open late at night. The hotel is on the east side and has within the direct vicinity everything you need from tailors to corner stores, fancy restos, quick and cheap eateries, shisha bars and everyday massage places. Most people would probably walk out of of the hotel towards the bay (walking distance crossing pedestrian bridge to Bruce Lee statue) but if you walk inlands through the alley (or walk around or through the Peninsula building/mall to avoid the kids seeing the explicit **********) there’s a big square with the cheaper end amenities. Our rooms were on the 15th top floor which gives every lift ride the wonderful view of the transition from enclosed lobby to open restaurant inner courtyard but once atop, the railings are on and off glass with a direct view of the actual height between your floor and the restaurant buffet on the third!! We purchased flight and one night in a package deal and decided to stay and extend for two nights and the staff were kind enough to waive the extra fees for the upgraded larger rooms our original package offered. 1506 was our corner room giving you just about a glimpse of the bay from either side and 1518 was an extra large room perfect for the kids and to organise the extra shopping we did in Mong Kok. No special amenities for children however, I even had to ask for an extra towel for our third child. But there was a pool on the rooftop and the kids loved it!

I had a pleasant stay at Royal Garden Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area.

the hotel was easily accessible, and it was a good place to stay. they were able to accommodate our request to merge 2 different bookings.

Traveling with young children is never easy, but Garden Plaza Hong Kong and its staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. I was initially skeptical about choosing an older hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised—the property has been thoughtfully updated while still delivering classic five-star service. The staff speak excellent English and were consistently attentive and helpful. Special thanks to managers Winfield and Becky for their great communication and fast responses. I had heard their buffet was famous in the old days, and I’m happy to say it’s still very good today. Overall, a wonderful experience that I would gladly recommend to other families.

This is a very good hotel in the popular Tsim Sha Tsui area. Though most rooms don't have much of a view of the Victoria Harbour, the overall feel is very nice. It's a bit old, but under SHK's management, it's still one of the best in this price range. We only stayed one night and didn't buy the breakfast; I did use the sauna and it met expectation. The room is reasonably spacious by Hong Kong standard, though I won't call it big. Towels are plenty and have the good soft feel. Bathroom is quite spacious relative to the size of the room. Shower works fine. For two persons visitng Hong Kong for a few days, this is definitely one choice (though it depends on the rates they charge).

The Royal Garden is a well-located business hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui that offers great value for money in Hong Kong. The location is excellent, with premium shopping, fantastic dining, and major attractions well within comfortable walking distance. While it is a solid and functional hotel for a stay in the city, it is an older property, and some areas are starting to feel a bit dated and could benefit from a renovation in the near future. However, for the price and the prime location, it remains a highly practical choice.

Had a pleasant stay here, the staff is very nice and gave me upgrades of my room! Only downside is the WiFi really unstable and there’s no gym in the hotel

Beautiful hotel, perfect location and nice staff ! As a Japanese tourist, just a bit of a shame that the shower water is lukewarm in the evening but otherwise it was a perfect stay !
