The service was great. The staff was always helpful. The room is spacious, especially for Hong Kong. The place is not new, but is well maintained. Very close to the MTR, and convenient. The breakfast is good, with both western and Asian options.

The size of the room was decent by Hong Kong standards. Great location (airport bus stop a mere 3mins away). They had several different types of power outlets in the room that I found very convenient. Asked for ice and a clothing iron to the room and it arrived quickly. Would recommend this hotel.

The best hotel its my 3rd time staying with this property , clean neat in every corner, breakfast is not the best i suggest to skip if your not open to Cantonese flavours and easy to access by MTR and airport bus as well

I like the location as it is near the metro station and a bus direct to airport as well. The service was great, they upgrade me to the sea view.

Title: HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Staff destroyed my 2500$ iPad Pro and management refused to pay! Review:I am deeply shocked and disgusted by the behavior of the management at the Empire Hotel Hong Kong Causeway Bay.During our stay, my expensive iPad Pro 11" (2 TB, Cellular) was left inside the room on the bedside table. We didn't use it for 2-3 days because we were out exploring the city. On our last evening, when we started packing, I opened the tablet case and discovered that the screen was completely smashed. It was a severe point-impact damage (as if stabbed with a sharp object) that completely destroyed the internal display matrix. The screen remains pitch black, although the device still makes a charging sound, proving it was a brutal mechanical hit from the outside.Moreover, there was a visible impact mark on the protective flip cover of the case itself, which clearly proves that the device was smashed directly through the case while lying on the table. The only person who had access to our locked room during these days was the hotel housekeeping staff during cleaning. It is obvious that a maid either dropped a heavy hotel object on the tablet or knocked it off the table against a sharp furniture edge and carefully put it back to hide the evidence.When we approached the reception, the management showed zero hospitality and absolutely refused to resolve the issue, trying to stall for time because they knew we had an upcoming departure. They refused to provide any written statements or cooperation. We had to call the Hong Kong Police to the reception lobby to officially register this crime. The police forced the hotel to print out the door lock audit logs, which confirmed that housekeeping had entered the room.A formal Police Report has been filed (Case Report Number is registered). We also visited the official Apple Store, where the repair/replacement cost was preliminarily estimated at 5,000 HKD.This hotel does not care about its guests, covers up the negligence of its staff, and cannot guarantee the safety of your expensive belongings. Do not stay here if you don't want your premium electronics to be destroyed! I am currently taking this case to the Hong Kong Consumer Council and will pursue legal action. Total nightmare!

Overall, it was satisfying. Janitors were friendly and willing to ask if you needed your room to be cleaned.

Nice view from top level. Easy connection with local groceries, transport and restaurants.
