Nice location, very convenient for travel/shopping/go anywhere. Also have taxi spot.
It’s an old fashioned hotel, furnitures are aged. If you stay for several days, you should call the reception to get everyday house keeping service, otherwise you have not.

Booked the stay to enjoy NYE fireworks at Victoria Harbour. Room furniture is dated with some stains on sofa but otherwise our unit was clean (and spacious). Bed was also comfy. We liked the eco-friendly water station on every floor and the air purifier in the room. Rather disappointed by the harbour view in our 12th floor mid-row room though, as it was partially blocked by the building in front. Luckily, the square accessible from reception had a great view of the harbour and West Kowloon, so we just walked out from the hotel for the countdown. Breakfast spread was relatively limited but well discounted for guests. Would we book it again? Maybe not for NYE, felt it was overpriced unless you get a really good corner Harbour View room (then again most hotels were charging premium). But for its spacious room and Harbour City location, it could be a convenient, value option for tourists.

We haven't seen a hotel whose TV Remote is so dirty, covered with a layer of dust! No bottled water was provided, and guests had to boil water; also, the hotel provided laundry service without giving customers any laundry bags to store the laundry. Ridiculous!

The location is super, walking distance to Tsim Sha Tsui station and Nathan Road. The area is very lively in the evening and perfect if you’re planning to buy Apple devices, the store is right across the street!
Walking distance to K11 shopping mall, Space Museum, Symphony of lights (everyday at 8pm) and also M+ Museum.

Very nice hotel and the room is big enough for this price in HK. Location is good , very close to Kowloon railway station. And also beautiful view . Breakfast is okay 👌

This hotel is located very conveniently and accessible to many malls and MTR. Food is always good here and service is maintained as courteous and helpful.
Only now the hotel does not provide any toothbrush, paste, shower cap, combs which each is chargeable. I found this ridiculous even though the Hong Kong authorities
wants to create sustainably and avoid using "plastic" environment. I suggest the hotel provide a small package with the amenities to any guest/couple (once) upon check in
so they are not inconvenience during their stay. Any additional usage, then the hotel can charge to the guests!!!!
