來港之前，看了很多的酒店，也看了這家酒店的差評，最後抱着一般般的心態，説著一口普通話…入住，接待我的是一位短頭髮的女孩子，很細心很耐心熱情的為我辦理入住！從我入住續住退房，工作人員都是熱情禮貌的！很不錯👍

千萬別定這家，普通房外面就是墓地，窗户全部給你糊住，前台服務態度非常差，在知道你是內地的以後，普通話説一半突然用香港話跟你説話，房間裏因為不通風很潮濕，地毯都是爛的，一旦定了就不給你退之後幾天的房了，也沒有任何升房

毛巾床單都乾淨還有UV消毒、但是做房間時段很死板必須十點前掛牌子，控制不了要的時間。衞生間和電視後板多處有黴菌，看了很不舒服。

首先説一下房間的大小問題，相比幾次在香港住酒店的經驗，這個價格在灣仔這個位置，並且距離最近的地鐵站接近1公里的路來説真的不算大。基本雙床房開2個行李箱就不太能走人了。然後就是對於整體的一系列差評，我是提前一個月定的房間，房型是大床雙床一起的，衹能備註，到店以後前台告知已經沒有大床了，要不升級到套房才能拍大床。他們都是按預訂順序來排需求的，但是我同行的朋友比我早1天到香港，並且是近一週內預訂的都能排上，我就想不通提前預訂的意義是什麼。索性直接預訂的時候大床雙床分開。有就定你家，沒有我就去其他家，香港酒店這麼多，不是説非你家不可的。 吐槽一下設施:作為一個在淡季大幾百一天的商務酒店，房間內並沒有配備礦泉水，是目前我在香港住的唯一一家不配的，要喝水衹能去同層樓的凈水機灌，但是如果剛好位置排的不好的話需要走蠻長的走廊去找的，並且因為酒店後面就是墳場，所以如果是女生晚上一個人走還是有點害怕的。房間吊頂沒有任何燈，晚上所有燈開了還是很暗，衹有床頭一個壁燈和床尾衣櫃的燈帶微弱的光，窗簾的設計也很離譜，本身軌道因為年久失修已經很難拉了，門口還裝了4扇移門。單人床真的很小，目測應該是1米的我腿一伸就踹到旁邊的移門了。房間內的紙巾一盒80港幣，水杯100港幣。 總體評價:對於這家酒店來説，如果客房價格在300左右大家可以綜合考慮，高於500以上請謹慎，真的沒珠海90塊錢一天的商務賓館服務好。

Worst hotel to stay. The room's cleanliness is questionable. We were victims of flea bites and hotel claims not responsible for it, it was a pest control contractor problem.

經常來香港出差，第二次入住這家酒店，上一次訂的三人間完全不知道酒店後面就是墳場，上次朋友住的房間沒有窗户，所以我們都不知道後面有墳場。這次又預訂了，想要個有窗户的房間，特意定了景觀房，一進房間差點兒被嚇死，給了我一間走廊盡頭的墳景房，活了三十多年第一次住這樣景觀的房子，衹能説還是我見識少。不要説你們酒店有什麼城市景觀房和馬場房，我預訂的時候完全不知道是墳景房，建議把房間類型改為“高級客房（含墳景）”這樣避免造成客人的誤解 房間整體偏潮濕，被子都是濕噠噠的，屋內有很大的味道，不要説香港天氣就是這樣的比較潮濕，我經常來香港入住其他酒店都不會有類似情況。 還有酒店不提供梳子，這一點我也很難理解，總之下次不會再住了，這家酒店旁邊就有兩家同等價位的酒店，而且設施更好

It is a well located hotel between two metro stations and short walking distance to bus terminus to all Hong Kong. The room is comfortable with some nice recycled amenities. However, there was a huge big stain in carpet, and the housekeeping didn't clean our room, saying that it was off hours. We left the room for the city at the day at 12h, so it was a bit early to finish the services, I guess. It has a very useful service of hotel shuttles to some key areas of the city, so its a plus.

There is no water in the room except for a bottle that they tell you to use which is very unsanitary since other guest before you used this bottle. Also behind the hotel is a cemetery. I was given a room that face directly to the cemetery. I stayed here for a few days and they only came to clean the room Once. I hang the sign on the door to get the cleaners to tidy up the room and they gave me a card under the door saying they won’t clean my room until the next day. I hang the sign in the morning and I don’t understand what would make them not be able to clean the room. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. How do you not clean or tidy a room if the sign is on the door. What about the garbage in the room? What about having fresh towels or seeing if the guest needs any fresh towels? Avoid this place if you can.
