Booked a standard room through trip.com for 8 days because there was renovation work at home. We were given a bigger room than the size for a standard room. It was so run down and the smell from the pipe in the toilet was terrible and unbearable. We asked to change to a standard room and was told if we would stay in a similar room than a standard room, we need to top up HKD350. More money for another run down room? No way! We ended up in a standard room which is smaller and is meant to be more modern. But everything is rusty and dusty like it has been vacant for years before we went in. When we changed the room, I was told we needed to move everything ourselves. No service except for a trolly.
I think Regal Riverside Hotel is the worst within the group. The service, facilities and cleaning standards are close to a 2* hotel. Run down and dirty are the impressions of all😓😓😓

Very convenient and comfortable place ❤️❤️❤️ have a spacious room complete all the necessities and luxuries like tiny fridge and have coffee sets perfect 😍

Excellent Hotel! The room was very comfortable and quite spacious. Everything quite clean. The hotel staff was quite friendly. I think it needs a little maintenance, but overall it is very good. The metro/train station is very close. There are many local restaurants in the area where you can eat well. The price-quality ratio is very good. Recommended.

Hotel is old and services is not good. This is the not a good hotel to stay but only cheap price not recommend for staying at this old hotel
