The Charterhouse Causeway Bay

The Charterhouse Causeway Bay is in an excellent location on Hong Kong Island. The hotel has a please Cafe for breakfast and lunch. Outside there are many other eating options, a supermarket across the street and a 711 around the corner. Inside the rooms are compact but comfortable. I would recommend it for another business trip.

The bath towel has a bug hole. I spoke to the front desk and they gave me a clean one. Good location. NO USD charging.

I really loved this hotel! We stayed in the 2nd floor and it was very modern. I heard the rooms in Hong Kong were small but this room was actually a good size. The staff were very friendly and spoke English. I would recommend this hotel to any one visiting Hong Kong! I do have to add, the walls are a little thin so sometimes we can hear the neighbors. Also there is always a little light from the wall- it never turns off, even at night.

It was nice and comfy. The bed is very comfortable also to sleep with. The room was spacious as well., though we're looking for free coffee and tea but it wasn't available in the room but there is hot water though.

Very conveniently located at the border of Wanchai and Causeway Bay districts. Accessible by bus, tram, taxi. A bit of a walk from the nearest MTR station (Wanchai).

Surprisingly the room was not that small because in Hong Kong all rooms are small. The bed was also big and can sleep 5 adult. Overall was good

We were satisfied with our stay at this hotel. The furniture is a bit old and there was a bit unpleasant smell in the bathroom but these all didn’t spoil our trip. Easy to get to the harbour.

Location-wise. The hotel is located in the middle of Wanchai and Causeway Bay metro station. You can either take one of these stations. The bus stop is right outside the main entrance on both sides. Tramways are a 1minute walk from the hotel. Restaurants, markets and 24-hour convenience stores are nearby. There’s a game centre just across the road which made us happy. Cleanliness- The room itself has its own touch. Mostly clean bed linen, towels and surroundings. The areas are well-wiped and cleaned. The bathroom is clean with toiletries. Service - the front desk was kind and very friendly. They helped us out with the baggage and helped us settle in our room earlier than our check-in time. The cleaning lady was jolly and changed the towels every day. Amenities- We haven't checked much. We were mostly out every day and found the lovely hotel restaurant downstairs. They have quite a good selection of food- which we figured out quite late.
