First night at this hotel was not nice, we got moved into a lower floor room, because the original room we checked into had equipment malfunction. The room was on 9th floor and noisy from the nearby highway. The next day hotel moved us to an upgraded room, on high floor. My special thanks to Sunny at front desk who took good care of us. The upgraded room was great, nothing to complain about. On the morning of checkout we got woken up by fire alarm in the hallway, the staff came to the room saying it was triggered from our room but found nothing unusual. Location is near metro, tram and bus stops so it’s very convenient to get around Hong Kong

overall the stay is pleasant.
check in took five mins with few few conversations.
deposit of $1000 has to be paid and it will be given back to u upon check out.
location was just soso but the view offsetting the issue.

The hotel is truly amazing. The room is beautiful and pretty spacious for Hong Kong, the view is stunning, see attached. Even the bathroom is nice, I was really enjoying taking the bath with a view on the Central.
The location is truly the best, it is close to the MTR, tram / bus stop, easy to get everywhere. It is also convenient for walks along the promenade with a cup of tea or coffee.
I would like to highlight the air condition quality. We were staying during the heat wave and had to keep the air conditioner on the whole night. It did not disturb our sleep snd neither of us got ill from it

Special thanks to Bruce Lui and Max Ho for their excellent service. They were friendly, professional, and very helpful especially in arranging a taxi that perfectly matched our needs. The hotel also has a beautiful sea view. Highly recommended

Very nice hotel, room was big and location was not bad! Sadly there was a hair inside the slippers which made my friend and I uncomfortable.
Other than that, super nice, clean & big!
