The place is far from anything Only one 7-11 for 800 rooms hotel And there are 3 hotels here Imagine that u need to grab a snack or water Thee staffs are friendly but due to the shortage of staffs They tried very hard to squeeze a smile on their face

The place is okay. There is a bus station near by. The pool is not available during our time of stay. But overall I will still recommend the place for hongkong vacation

Location is a little complicated but once you understand your location it's really easy to get around Hong Kong

It's cheaper to book directly with the hotel actually. Many PRC travellers this time, it gets quite boisterous at times.

Stayed here for our whole Hong Kong trip. Bit far from city but transportation is accessible.

the room was small, as expected, no room to walk or move between the beds, but it was nothing like the nice photos, it was at first glance missing pillows, cushion, liner. at closer inspection, the bedsheet and pillowcase had stains, the bathroom drain grimy, toilet dirty, floor had a puddle of water, the nightstand was worn and cracked, and even the phone was broken and they couldn't fix it. the manager switched a "better" room for us but it had stained towels, the heater wouldn't work on a cold night, the shower hot water ran out, the toilet eventually failed to flush and refill water, the kettle was unwiped, stained and grimy, and more issues. overall the hotel and rooms are old and worn down, and if housekeeping cannot maintain flawless cleans on all possible surfaces, it becomes really obvious and uncomfortable. the hotel management and housekeeping is severely lacking or overworked and cannot keep a clean comfortable quality stay or meet the standards of their own advertising material. they need to renovate or put more resources into their housekeeping and maintenance staff. a cheaper hotel means a smaller simpler room and less amenities but should NEVER sacrifice quality cleaning and housekeeping.

There is a manager by the name Ronald. He is great at his job, but the other guy I don't understand. I came to speak to him, he was on the phone having a jolly good time but I wasn't bothered until this white woman came and he stopped everything he was doing to assist her but I was there for 9+minutes waiting for him to assist me, like what? White people are God's or something? So distasteful! When I was there, housekeeping does not like cleaning, always finding ways not to do their job, the room was filthy most of the time. As if that wasn't enough, we had an issue with the plumbing, the maintenance guy kept saying we shouldn't use tissue like we are primal beings, if there is a plumbing issue, fix it or change my room, don't blame your guest. That ******* came and unblocked my toilet and smeared the sewage all over the room and on my bags. I'm glad Ronald changed my room but everyone working there do not understand the standard. Your guests are paying, if you deal with international guest, keep your hotel operating on an international standard
