Κατά τη γνώμη μου, το ξενοδοχείο πρέπει να παρέχει υπηρεσία μεταφοράς με λεωφορείο μεταξύ του Tung Chung Sheraton Hotel και του σταθμού Tung Chung MTR. Παρόλο που έχετε δημόσιο λεωφορείο από το Tung Chung MTR, αλλά εάν πηγαίνετε στο σταθμό Tung Chung από το ξενοδοχείο πρέπει να περπατήσετε πολύ μακριά για τη στάση του λεωφορείου

I have to say incidents happening would be a good opportunity to know the place or organization better.
This time, Sheraton demonstrates an impressive incident handling skill when I found some mistakes of housekeeping. The manager himself with a couple of coworkers come to solve, explain, and apologize for it, even if this is just a very minor mistake.
When checking out, the receptionist heard about the incident from me, and they made me feel they are so sincerely sorry, again as the 4th time :)
Back to the room itself, impressive sea view and airport view, fine bathroom commodities and the whole-night silence.
I would say this is very nice experience, so that I left a memo to big back the hotel a big Thanks!

No more seaview double bed room, offered seaview twin room. Nice sea view! Very clean room and sincerely kind housekeeper lady. 3 shortcomings: no chair in room; the ‘Hi Simo’ robot was annoying and useless with only Mandarin and poor English; and the phone beeped all night disturbing sleep! Suggest to ask for preferred language or teach guests to use it!

amazing stay at this peaceful hotel away from the hustle and bustle of the city. shuttle buses to tungchung mrt and airport were very convenient as well

Best hotel for stay. They have everything perfectly to comfort you. I love the snacks corner with drinks. Nice city view and the prices were so reasonable.breakfast was so delicious too.

Stayed here for the flight for the next day. Airport shuttle runs every hour. 7/11 located right in front of the hotel. Overall satisfied.

Staff are very helpful and they way they smile and answer us is really in a good manners👍👍👍hotel looks big,clean and the food and restaurants are nice .. this is what I always mention good food with good people. And the best part is the function hall are real good that I manage to greet my fav artist very near.i love this hotel very much.. ❤️❤️❤️gonna be a return customer soon.. see you all
