Location is convenient, 4-5 mins walk to MTR, shops and restaurants nearby. I love the design of this hotel. Free beer at the common area.

Beautifully decorated, super nice lounge area where to work. Wifi doesn’t work, rooms are super small.

My flight to Hk was delayed but thankfully Figo has 24/7 check in and also was pleasantly surprised by a free upgrade. The hotel was in a shared building and had dedicated floors. The small gym is quite nice and lounge area has some free drinks and apparently a daily happy hour. The actual room was decent sized for HK but it had a damp smell to it although the AC worked well. Some of the pillow cases had some stains but I just used other ones. Location was good for easy commute to Sheung Wan MRT, Macau Ferry, A11 airport bus stop and also very walkable to Central shops. There’s a great coffee shop nearby called “Clean” which uses Oatly by default for their latte type drinks. Overall would recommend.

The hotel was in a convenient location, around 10 min walk from metro station, many little cafes and local restaurants. Room was clean and reception desk was very polite and responsive. Overall was a comfortable stay.

On check in, the hotel manageress, Ms Vanessa was warm and friendly. The room l stayed was neat and enough for a couple without any extra large luggage. , Aother hotel staff, Ms Evelyn was also warm and friendly in the hotel beside others. Our 8 days stay greeted by these staffs really make us feel at ease.
l will be back even though the hotel rate charged is not very competitive.
