Regala Skycity Hotel by Regal Hotels

Easy access to town , just take train or shutter bus. Hotel clean and silent. Walking distance to concert

The hotel is very neat and the staffs are very friendly. The buffet for breakfast is value for money and their pool is very clean and very safe.

Good location, very quiet place, service excellent! Shuttle service is easy to find Iwill come again in the near future.

A really good place if you have an early flight out of Hong Kong airport. The rooms are small but comfortable with a powerful shower and decent bed. The free shuttle bus is a win, starting at 5am and running every 15 minutes. Perfect for 7/8am flights.

Had a pleasant stay at Regala Skycity Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location is very convenient, especially for travelers using Hong Kong International Airport. The staff were helpful, and the overall experience was smooth and relaxing. Would definitely consider staying here again!

The hotel is really well located, and I loved that they offer a shuttle service, which is very convenient for a short stay. Unfortunately, what I really didn’t like was the cleanliness of the room. My room had a lot of bugs on the bed, which was very unpleasant. I called the front desk expecting someone to help or arrange a room change, but they were not very helpful. Instead, they told me to go downstairs myself to check whether another room was available. The location and shuttle service were great, but the cleanliness and the way the situation was handled really affected my experience.

Great location, pick up and drop off service is cherry on top. Great variety in breakfast. Very convenient and highly recommended!

The hotel rooms are relatively small, but they are clean, modern, and well maintained. It is an excellent choice for travelers with early morning flights due to its convenient location and reliable airport shuttle service. One area for improvement is the hotel restaurant. The dining options are somewhat limited, especially for guests looking for lighter meals during a short stay. Expanding the selection of healthy and light food choices would enhance the overall guest experience. Overall, the hotel offers great convenience, comfortable accommodations, and excellent airport access, making it a good option for transit travelers and short stays.

I cannot say that the photos of the room are not of the rooms, they definitely are. But wow, this hotel hired an excellent photographer to take these photos! They really know their angles and lighting. This hotel is fine for staying overnight before/after a flight, but I would not stay here for any other reason. I would also look at other options before booking this hotel again, as I didn’t think it was very nice. Pros: - close to airport - there is a free shuttle bus to/from the airport - The AC worked fine - shower was good - I had prepayed and they didn’t ask for a 500HKD deposit, which I was expecting - staff are polite when you finally get to the front of a line - The room is clean Cons: - The rooms are small and nowhere near as nice as they look in the photos - The queue to check in was awful. They need to open more counters to deal with the large numbers of people since they are constantly running shuttle buses. Late at night this was such a big negative that it honestly soured the whole stay for me - The bed is hard and not very comfortable - They provide a reusable bottle for water which you have to get from the corridors. This is apparently a government thing, but the bottles really gave me the ick. They had a tag on them saying they’d been cleaned. But given the standard of this hotel I wasn’t keen to trust it I paid around 500cny for 1 night, which I thought was a good deal. After staying there I think it’s kinda expensive. Yes it’s convenient to be near the airport, but the environment is not nice. My return flight is also late at night, and I considered booking this hotel again (before staying there). The price was over 3000cny for that night though, so I didn’t book. If I paid that much for this quality of hotel I would be very upset. Remember that the hotel being 4* relates to the facilities it has, it doesn’t mean it’s a nice hotel. The hotel has a pool, gym etc, but this is not an advantage for most people, as I assume they’re just having a quick overnight stay. To the hotel, Arriving at the hotel is when people will make their first and lasting impression of the hotel, so you should really try to improve the check in process and reduce lines. If there is a quick and smooth check in, people might focus on the negatives less.
