Ocean front is nice. Bidet is really useful! But i think the room is kinda small. The location is great as you have a lot of chance to go for shopping!!!

Even standard room is spacious and bigger than other new hotel’s room! Great hospitality from the front staff and housekeepers as well!

the place is so good. it is near from wikiki beach. but I would have been nice to rent boogie boards, beach chairs, etc.

Fun for the kids and family. Great infinity pool. They should have more pool side service than going to the restaurant ordering. Service could be a bit friendlier but overall great. Rooms are a little outdated. Lobby is nice and location is great!

The checkin lady’s attitude is terrible and I was charged an extra USD120 per day for my eight days’ trip because our son decided to join at the last minute and we have booked two twin beds room so no extra bedding is needed and I think it should be OK. However, the hotel is so hostile and insists the outrageous charge saying that I have booked for two persons. This is the first time I experienced this from a hotel.
The breakfast was also one of the worst I’ve tried in a Marriot group hotel with very bad service and food.
Security was also bad and anyone can go to any hotel floor without the need of a room card which is very rare in a 5 star hotel. My wife was very scared to go out alone through the long and winding corridors!
Charging USD55 per day for parking is a rip-off.
Except the location, nothing is good

The Sheraton Waikiki has the best location. It’s minutes away from a big outlet mall with many food options and has direct access to the beach. The rooms are updated and modern and you have great views of Diamond Head. Many tour groups also depart from the bus depot next to the hotel entrance so that’s also very convenient.

An excellent resort to just chill and absorb the waikiki beach atmosphere. great location and close to most good restaurants and bar.
