フロントにはウォーターサーバーがあったので助かりました。キッチンにはスポンジと台所洗剤、塩、こしょう、コーヒーがありました。フロントのスタッフが親切でした。

We always pick this hotel last 20 years.
They dont have any bar or restaurants in this facility.
Other than that, we love this hotel.

The elevators did not work most of the time we were there, and we even got stuck in them once! The restaurant at the top called Pesca was absolutely the worst, the meals were incredibly overpriced, however our Server Ben was awesome!

Elevator is not working for 5 hours and the Japanese guest said to me that somebody was trapped inside. So sad. My wife was very scared about the situation so we always used the stairs.
Room 317 has lots of cockroach during night.
We’re cooking steaks and lobsters but sad to say there is no exhaust fan. They said that it’s not a condo.
We will never coming back and cannot recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

Elevator was not working. Only option is to use the stairs. They should have used a back up option of using their other elevator. Unfortunately most of us who needs to check out did had no choice but to carry all our luggaes down the fire exit staires. They didnt even give any thing for the inconvinience!

Everything was perfect! We had the best time! Elevators were unfortunately down for a bit. Luckily we were on the 3rd floor!

The Ilikai was a great experience. The staff was very accommodating and courteous. I highly recommend your stay in Hawaii is at the Waikiki Ilikai Resort.

I had my truck broken into In The garage. All my clothes were stolen. Also restaurant was never opened the couple days I was there. I’ve been here before a couple times and always had a great experience but this time not so much.

The location is great, very close to everything. The staff at check in is excellent. Carolina is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the room is very noisy, not so clean, small TV, no hairdryer, not enough amenities. Extra $$ if we ask for extra amenities. We did have a great family time by walking and driving around the city.
