Hotel Logis Lacotel

We enjoyed a great stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean, comfy with a great beach across the street. Breakfast was good too.

An excellent hotel overlooking the lake. Useful for those with walking difficulties as it has a lift to all floors. Wide panoramic views from bedroom windows with a balcony. Private parking. Very clean with large comfortable double bed and nice pillows. Our room was on the first floor which had air conditioning and metal roller blinds on the outside of the window. Wi fi was good and free. The staff were excellent and very helpful. We stay on half board but eventually ate lunch at the hotel as the food was so good that we could not find better elsewhere. The reason We could not give it 5 points was because there was no coffee or tea making facilities in our room, the lady showing us to our room only explained that breakfast times and nothing about the room, there was no brochure about how to operate the air con and blinds or any details of the local area including Doctors and other services. We did enjoy ourselves though.

Nice room with mezzanine floor with beds for children so better than the usual sofa pullout bed filling the room as is usual for 4 people. Very clean with lovely view of the lake and a balcony with table and chairs was a bonus. Very helpful polite reception staff. We didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on food, but a good restaurant within walking distance. A little bit out of the town but we hired bikes from the hotel and had a nice day out on them. Can’t fault it for the price!

accueil ultra chaleureux, établissement propre, chambre très correctes, petit déjeuner délicieux et avec des produits très frais (pain, viennoiserie, jus orange maison, confiture myrtilles maison à tomber). avons diner le dernier soir pour le plus grand bonheur de nos papilles ; plats extremement bien cuisinés avec de très bons produits et belles portions. face au lac, reposant

Hôtel propre et confortable avec vue sur un lac.cadre agréable et magnifique,personnel très agréable, serviable et respectueux.

Accueil médiocre et peu enthousiaste, nous avons été accueillit par un serveur méprisant et hautain qui été presque irrespectueux. Les plats sont de qualités et rassasiant cependant l’accueil laisse franchement à désirer, nous avions l’impression de ne pas être les bienvenus peut être parce que nous ne venons pas d’une classe assez haute …

Escapade en famille à Hossegor à quelques minutes des plages magnifiques. Excellent accueil et bonne table.

Hôtel bien situé ; chambre spacieuse climatisée ; calme ; accueil très sympathique ; grande piscine ; parking ; pas pris le petit déjeuner mais il avait l'air assez copieux ; une bonne adresse a retenir sur hossegor !!! ; bonne continuation à l'équipe !

Séjour de 2 nuits en 1/2 pension : chambre basique et balcon non entretenu, service au petit-déjeuner et le soir pas agréable, tarif 1/2 pension très cher pour la qualité du petit-déjeuner et du dîner. A notre départ, on nous parle d'encaissement rapidement mais surtout pas si notre séjour s'est bien déroulé...direction et personnel pas du tout à la hauteur d'un 3 étoiles. Etablissement à éviter
