The hotel was very clean, staff was phenomenal, and the breakfast was great. My only complaint was the beds!!! They were extremely uncomfortable and in need of being replaced. Both of the beds in our room were the same, the ability to feel the springs.

The hotel was very clean. Our room was very clean the staff at the counter were friendly however, the staff in the breakfast area was not very sociable. Our first morning there on a Thursday there was only one lady trying to man the continental breakfast, and it was too much for one person. The second day there were three people and they did keep everything hot and ready however, they acted like the guest were invisible no iContact no hello how was your day like we were not there Even when I tried to engage them the upstairs staff was very friendly and very helpful in every way
We were disappointed to find out there was no hot tub

Turns out that me and my daughter were on spring break and apparently neither of us really got any sleep. Our big bed was apparently extremely uncomfortable.

The check-in was friendly, but not thorough. Clerk did not advise me of breakfast hours, nor did she tell me about the need to request housekeeping service. Other than that, everything was fine.

It was a great stay. Rooms are spacious for 4 people. We enjoyed our stay and will come again.

I was in room 201. About 6:30 on the morning, doors was being slammed shut several times. I wanted to sleep in because ive had a long, restless weekend. Very disappointed that workers cant respect the people that are staying there.
