The room size was ok. It was fairly clean. I didn’t eat breakfast because. It was not a full breakfast . My biggest problem was the Front desk staff. They couldn’t answer any questions that I had & was very RUDE and uncooperative!! I will never stay there again. Most of the time the room keys did not work. You had to wait a long time to get service at the front desk. The phone in the room didn’t work.& instead of replacing it with a phone from an unoccupied room, I was told that I had to wait until the next day for maintenance. I could go on about this place…,

My husband and I had a great stay. The room was very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The guy that checked us is very nice and friendly. If we go back threw again we will stay again. Thank you for a GREAT STAY.

酒店房間在一樓，進門就有有一股説不出來的味道。衞生和設施確實要與hotel相差甚遠。但勝在便宜，還包含早餐。

My recent stay at this hotel warrants an excellent rating . Check-in was efficient and professional by Karla front desk attendant. Although located directly on the main thoroughfare Southwest Freeway (US59) noice was not noticeable . My room & the bed was quite comfortable ,clean and was smelling fresh. Internet also performed well with acceptable speeds. The breakfast was good , in general all staff was nice.

We regularly stay in Comfort Inn's and had never had such a terrible experience! As soon as we walked in to the room, there was an odor that was tried to be masked with some sort of spray.
The worst part was that the flooring along the window were AC unit is, was sloping down! Very unsafe! Obviously structural damage which is a hazard to every guest! Tiles on restroom floor were also loose. Very disappointed with this specific hotel. Corporate needs to take a very close look at the structural integrity. Needless to say, last time we EVER book this hotel.

If I could give this place no stars I would. The property is outdated, staff was not helpful and rooms were dirty. There was a leak from the ceiling that dripped onto the bed, no accommodations were made. My family went to another hotel. When management was made aware of the issue they refused to refund booking. Would not recommend!

The worst place .
Elevator was broken.
Room was dirty carpet on hallway and stares never been clean . We can be @ the lobby after midnight .
Tv in the room never work .
Bad terrible service experience.
