Everything was great. Its super close and convenient to the airport. Literally 3 minutes to the airport. Only issue I had was that there were tons of mosquitoes surrounding the grounds of the property for some reason.
Everytime I got out of my car, I had to watch my step on my way to the hotel from the parking. They are HUGE! But once inside it was great. My shower was a bit rusty though. Everything else in the room was fine.

The lady at the front desk was the only unfriendly person we met in the state of Texas. We arrived early and thought we could get a room since ******* showed we had early check-in, but the lady at the front desk said we do not have early check-in. We would’ve had to wait five hours before being able to check in. Finally ended up paying an additional $50 just to check in early. The furniture is so old and outdated that it makes the entire room feel dirty. No eating places within walking distance. Save your time and money and just stay somewhere else.

Close to airport, has shuttle all day to airport, good breakfast and coffee. Near no other shopping or dining. Will need car, cant walk anywhere

A really good service to the airport when staying to transit through. Friendly helpful clean comfortable. Totally recommend this hotel.

Convenient location close to HOU airport. Friendly desk associate, and clean room. Toiletries were available, which was great since my overnight stay was unexpected.

Breakfast was fine and plentiful. Beds and room were clean and comfy. Only one pizza place deliver there, so plan on door dash otherwise.

We stayed here in 2022, and the one thing that we found different and somewhat troubling was the automated coffee/latte machine in the breakfast area. It was a little confusing to use and was also a little unreliable meaning cartridges had to be replaced and some delays in waiting for the water to get hot.

A convenient place to stay if you need to be near the airport. Rooms are clearly older, but not a bad night's stay. Young lady at front desk was very nice.
Major problems with hotel: 1) all the food vending they had was depleted. Had to order delivery (much more expensive); and no restaurants w/in walking distance. 2) we could never get in touch w/ hotel the week before, to reserve their shuttle back to airport (to catch our cruise transfer). Due to that, their shuttle had no room; we ended up paying a LOT to get a last-minute Uber to airport.
