The service was good. But for breakfast the biscuits were cold. They did give a courtesy check out call 30 min ahead of time.

The king bed was ok. Pillows uncomfortable. Nice size fridge not so small. Curtain on on window did not wrap around sufficiently to keep anyone from looking in. Clean and surprisingly spacious room. Thank you.

Room without refrigerator, without microwave, poor lighting, green pool indicating lack of attention. My worst experience in a hotel.

The floors were disgusting. I took my toddlers shoes and socks off and he ran around for a good 10 minutes and he came back with them black. I think it’s about that time those rugs got shampooed. Also in my opinion breakfast was too early I sent my husband down at 9 AM thinking we could get breakfast, but breakfast was already over

the room I had reserved for me was given away, then the room they decided to give me was dirty and had stains on the bed. The entire place looked dirty honestly, management needs to come do a “under cover boss” situation because the place looks just that nasty. If I could go back in time and save my money I definitely would.

One of the worst experiences we've ever had on a trip staying in a motel. I was not informed until I checked in and it was NOWHERE in the booking information that I was going to be additionally charged a Deposit. The desk worker said it was in case we had a pet ..we absolutely did not. We stayed on May 13th and I have yet to receive that deposit back on my card. I've called 3 times and was RUDELY yelled at by I assume the manager saying my money was voided the day I checked out and it's back on my card ..it is not. I want my deposit and made whole again immediately

Horrible service I do not recommend for professional people. This place is horrible rundown and the manager is rude. He should be fired. He don't know how to run a property. That's why the whole place is falling apart.
