This property is very dirty. Our room has a hole in the door of the bathroom like someone punched it. Nothing looked wiped down and cleaned. The tub had hair all over like someone had shaved and not cleaned the tub. It was not an ideal experience.

Run down, dirty, roach infested hotel.
We arrived and were given a room where most items were broken. Blood/red wine stain on carpet, and the worst part was seeing cockroaches run along bathroom wall as I was in the shower. Management was not apologetic and wouldn’t change rooms. Checked out after 1 night.

The hotel was booked when we arrived so there was no way to change rooms. Our room smelled like smoke and when I opened the microwave to warm up some water for tea there was a dominoes box inside. So the room clearly hadn’t been well cleaned. The drapes were torn or missing and the lights all seemed fluorescent and flickered. Definately not in line with the 8+ reviews I checked before booking.

I appreciated my stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing. We landed at 6am and was able to check-in pretty early saving us having to wait hours. I especially appreciated the free laundry, and the breakfast was more than sufficient in terms of options and duration.
Really nice hotel to stay.

Between the carpet and tiles flooring, the carpet was not properly complet and sharp nails form carpet were exposed, I actually had my left heel was sharply pinch with carpet nails.
I did notify the manager at the time of check out

There was only 1 towel and 2 hand towels for a family checking in. The front desk refused to bring more up so one of us had to retrieve them. The glass shower door is almost falling off. The tv doesn’t work with the remote. I told the front desk and he said there was nothing he could do. I had to repeat myself several times because he never removed his ear buds to talk to me. Very unprofessional and frustrating. I tried to book a shuttle and again he was very unhelpful because he had his ear buds in and he couldn’t hear what I was saying.

The hotel is right off the hwy which is convenient but if you are a light sleeper you may want to reconsider. The room overall was clean in the general sense but there was a big stain on the carpet next to the bed and the A/C system didn’t work at all and was completely off. (luckily it was a cool evening) One of the windows did not lock properly, and being even on the 2nd floor is a little unsettling. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and a place to sleep before an early flight was what I needed.
