Our room is freezing and we called the front desk and told them our room number and they informed us the heat is broken in this room. I’m not sure why they would rent a room with broken heat. Also not enough blankets in the room, but there are no extra blankets at the front desk. We are currently cold, but waiting for them to send us a space heater. The lady when we checked in was extremely friendly and polite. The hotel seems clean and fine otherwise. I hope they get here soon with space heater or it will be hard to sleep because of cold.

I give this SpringHill location a 4 out of 5. The Hotel itself and the staff met all of our needs! The room was spacious, the hotel was clean, and the a**osphere inside was quiet and pleasant! Raydeen at the front desk was the best hotel receptionist I've ever encountered. Every time we needed something, whether it was more towels or other amenities, she provided it with no hesitation! Emily was equally as nice! Our only gripes are the bathroom space is quite small but manageable and the A/C/Heating unit cannot be manually controlled so the room got a little hot at times. I read other reviews about the Hotel being in a bad part of town which so very untrue. It is a little hidden with the location it's in and the area around the Hotel is a bit unkept as far as the landscaping but it is right off of the freeway for easy access to things. I would def stay here again if ever back in Houston.

The hotel looks older on the outside, however the inside is nice and clean. The customer service was excellent. The room was clean. The toilet and shower area a bit small, not a lot of room to move around. I would stay there again, and recommend to family and friends.

Didn’t feel safe in the location and it was outdated. It was an easy check in. Front desk man assisted immediately when I informed him that the first room
Had a smell. He helped to get us to a new room. He was readily available.

Our stay was good, my only complaint was our room had a leaky faucet in the tub and it was loud. We had to keep the bathroom door close to keep the sound down.

We used to stay here a couple of times in the past but after this trip we decided we would not come back again—drainage issue in the bathtub, non-working thermostat, AC not cooling. Breakfast on weekend has waffle maker but on weekend it is a company policy to not provide waffle breaker.
