I liked that I could get good food at the hotel and did not have to leave. I really liked that I could leave my car at the hotel for a week and just pay for parking. . Also liked that the shuttle bus came every 30 minutes. Very comfortable room which was very clean a priority for me. A big tv was very nice too.

Advertise that they have a hot tub but was not accessible. We booked this hotel solely based on the hot tub and no where did it say in the listing that it was under maintenance or unavailable. Misleading to say a hotel has a hot tub only to show up and for it to be unavailable. Would have stayed somewhere else if there was no hot tub. I am a Hilton Honors Diamond member also just used ******* to book through because rate was cheaper.
Hotel was very clean and staff was pleasant. Don’t book this place if you want the hot tub or call ahead to verify it is accessible prior to booking.

They overcharged me for two nights that I was not there after I checked out. It took more than three months to get them to resolve it and reimburse me. Totally incompetent responses from management.

The hotel it self is great! Very clean and very friendly staff. We had breakfast at the restaurant downstairs the day we left. The food is extremely expensive $80 for eggs bacon for 2 adults and eggs and bacon for 2 kids and 1 waffle and 1 order of french toast also the only type of syrup they have is sugar free and its disgusting so the waffle and french toast was a waist. However the lady who worked there was very nice even when customers were rude to her. We will definitely stay at this hotel again but we will not be eating at the restaurant.

Easy hotel to get back and forth to Houston airport. James at the reception desk in the lobby is great, friendly and very helpful.

I spent HOURS searching through reviews to find the right place that was safe, affordable, clean and quaint. I was so glad I settled on this hotel. James at the front desk was amazing, the food was appetizing, and the restaurant staff was accomodating. While I honor all of the reviews, both good and bad, I want to add that this place was amazing. Though they don't do daily cleaning, I was able to get them to get the trash and replenish the towels. I was there for a performance and after the show, it was great to come back to such an ideal space for lodging. Bravo!! I will be back again...for an encore.

Nice hotel located close to the Rental Car centre and the International airport so was a great first night after a long flight.

Everything was great except we couldn't get hot water for showering. We called to report it but didn't hear back. Hotel is clean, in good condition and a 5 minute shuttle to the airport.

My first time at this hotel. I would return and stay there if I return to Houston. I liked that there was a shuttle to the airport, I only wish it was more frequent.
My room was nice, clean, and modern.
