The front desk and staff were excellent.
The hotel decor and design was very dark and dreary. The small window at the corner of the room felt as if it were a prison cell.
It smelled moldy and occasionally like sewage. Did not feel clean.
Very disappointed. Left early and had to shorten my planned visit.

Love this place. My only ask is that you PLEASE change the toilet paper and facial tissue!! They feel like something from the old Soviet Bloc! Thin and rough!!

The property is a little older, but it is kept well and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They offer complimentary drinks and snacks every evening. They offer free parking that requires a room key for entry, which gives an extra sense of security. Close by shopping and other ammenities, and the area seems pretty safe. I would recommend this hotel.

We heard about Drury from a family member who stayed there previously. We were pleased to find the hotel staff friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, well furnished and the parking area secure. An added bonus was the 5:30 "Kick-back" dinner! The hotel was fairly convenient to the Texas Children's Hospital where our granddaughter was being treated. We will deffinately stay here again!!

This was our 4th stay here. As much as I love the location and the staff is incredible, the hotel is really in need of a remodel. Plus the breakfast and the kick back at 5:30 was really bleak. Sad to say most likely our last stay there. Again, high 5's for the staff.

We got there really late due to flight issues and had no checking in and the night shift attendant gave us some late night suggestions for food because we were starving. Hotel was clean seemed like there was a lot to do around the hotel but we didn’t take advantage of it. Breakfast was ok it did its job. We didn’t get a chance to go to the evening social for the snacks and drinks so I really can’t speak on that but overall it was a good couple of nights in Houston. I would definitely book again.

I liked the location and property. I did not like that the room was very noisy, you can hear everything outside. Beds were not comfortable

The property manager runs a tight ship. People are friendly & accommodating. The property, rooms, & entire facility are clean and well maintained. the evening snacks & drinks are wonderful. Ingress and egress are perfect for the galleria area and you are close to great restaurants & shopping. Will be back!!!
