location is gud as one require s hotel near railway howrah station... rest cleanliness is 6/10,, food is 7/10,,hotel area, though on main road ,,area around hotel is filthy.

The service was horrible. The water offered was contaminated and the hotel staff kept asking for tips at every turn. You need to call multiple times for any service. The room seemed clean enough though.

Not advised for family they did not allowed any extension for checkout as we had our train in afternoon

The room is very dirty. Its not exactly as shown in photo. We booked deluxe room but they give us normal room. They gave my deluxe room to other people who book offline by higher price.

Average hotel. Old rooms not well maintained, shower not working, stinking toilet, rusted things, ac not working, no ro water

Nice clean hotel, staffs are good, fast room service. Good food quality, some repairing is going on to make hotel nice.

One of the worst hotel. They don't have humanity only forget about hospitality. In-spite of paying them in advance & repeated request, they didn't allow me to check-in at 3:00 am as i have already mentioned that i will be checking in late while booking. I will never in my life use make my trip & this hotel ashoka.
