Huangshan Lotus Hot Spring Hotel

We loved our stay at Huanghan Lotus. The staff are all very friendly and sweet, and communicative through chat apps even though we do not speak Mandarin. They helped us plan our route up and around the mountain, arranged a taxi for our return, and let us leave our bags here while we travelled up the mountain for a night. When we returned to pick up our bags, we decided to get a massage at the spa and they gave us both half an hour extra. About the room — we were upgraded and the room is gorgeous, beautiful wood and a very comfortable bed and shower etc. The hot spring is also very comfortable, the perfect way to unwind. We will definitely choose this hotel the next time we visit. Highly recommend!

Great hotel. The hot springs were our highlight. We stayed there the night before our hike and really enjoyed it.

Location was just perfect for the mountain climbing trip. Across the street of the hotel was stores and you could get anything from there. Hot springs were a perfect ending for the trip after long day of mountain climbing.

Old hotel needing some major maintenance. Shower head was broken. Ceiling was moldy.

訂的是特價15平房，給免費升級40平房。停車師傅很負責幫忙停好車還幫提拖箱。酒店旅行社特別給力，在黃山門票訂完的情況下幫我候補到票。樓下餐廳味道很好。前台小姐姐幫忙倒熱水，開發票的耐心開發票。非常好的一次入住體驗，很滿意。

入住後完全不知道這家酒店是怎麼拿到高評價的，也是怎麼敢在周圍酒店都不到300元的情況下連最便宜的房間都588元且不含早的。當然也得承認我們也是因為這個相比周圍酒店鶴立雞羣的價格相信了它的高評價🥲 總結下來就是主打一個金玉其外，敗絮其中，先是入住後很快發現有左邊的洗手枱漏水了，然後讓我們下樓先吃飯，他們派人維修，回來後發現右邊的又漏水了，然後才給我我們換了一個房間，然後電視又是壞的，小朋友看不了電視。其他設施也許我們去的時候人不多，比如閲讀室和小童室都是黑燈的，也沒人管。然後你也可以看到各種隨意裸露的電線和鋼筋等 當然最最最糟糕甚至讓人憤怒的就是極其惡劣的衞生，佈滿塵網的空調濾網和防蚊網，衣架上的蜘蛛網，床頭牆壁的毛絮，電話上的灰塵，所謂膠囊咖啡機的水垢都不忍直視！

房间景观棒棒棒，木头茶案很自然，床舒服得不得了；每一山泉汤池很有私汤感。坐於落地大窗前，泡一杯新茶，远看黃山，即或腿上仍痠痛感十足，疲倦儘去。唯一不足是床底上一住客的一次性拖鞋仍在！
