The Baiyun Hotel (Baiyun Binguan) is located in the Tianhai Scenic Area of Huang Shan, China's famous "Yellow Mountain". Surrounded by soaring peaks and wistful pines, this mountaintop hotel backs onto Bright Summit, one of the best spots to witness the majestic sight of the sun rising over the misty mountains. It's a sight that is well worth the early start, and the morning chill is alleviated by thick down jackets available to all guests.The hotel is built in traditional Hui style with rustic but cozy wood-lined "eco" rooms. More traditional-style options are available, many of which offer exceptional mountain views. We have great hospitality from 艳艳 (我们的管家）
The resort is located at the idea venue, closed to 光明顶 walking distance 15 to 20 mins, toilet with smart toilet, with hotel shower as well as all the necessary toiletries, room with warmer, bed is comfy, blanket can really keep u warm, she even ready some snack for us to have it when descent from the resort, btw when we heading back to resort after completed west sea got heavy rain, she immediate get us a cup of ginger tea! The room with spare warmer jacket too 😊

I was amazed with the rooms! Very cozy. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. We had a long hike and they were welcoming us very warmly.

This was a great experience! It’s so pleasant that you can take a hot shower after a long hiking. The miss 宋书琳 hosted us is especially welcome. Recommend to everyone coming to Huang Shan. You won’t regret it.

This hotel’s location near Turtle Peak is ideal for catching the sunrise and sunset. Our room in Area B had a nice view. The buffet dinner was satisfying after hiking all day. The hotel provided all the essentials for a good night’s sleep.

Hotel is clean & well maintained. Our customer service manager 小叶 was very helpful & kept us updated of the weather, hotel programs & even dinning options & ensure that our stay is comfortable. Will definitely recommend this hotel when visiting Huangshan

The hotel is in an amazing location at the top of huangshan, close to several view points. The room itself was a bit small and dated, but clean, and with a spectacular view. They provided a lot of things like flashlights, winter coats for when it's cold at night, umbrellas, etc.
We had breakfast (included) and dinner (not included, but very value) here, and both had a good selection with a lot of healthy and authentic options.
The service was also probably the best out of any hotel I've stayed at. Our host Xiao Ye kept in contact with us from WeChat, and gave us a lot of sight seeing tips and freebies. We couldn't figure out how to turn on the heater, and they sent someone to help us within 5min of asking.
All in all, would highly recommend and come again.

The hotel is nice and located very close to Guangming Ding around 15 minutes walking distance. The service of hotel was excellent. Specially thanks to customer service staff 黄星华 gave me a great guidance on how to walk around the Huangshan via weixin as I don't have local phone number. The hotel treats the customer like family members and take good care of them during the stay. Recommended to stay in this hotel. Excellent service and great location.
