Zero Five One Seven Boutique Hotel (0517 Hotel)

We had a great stay at 0517 hotel!! The lobby and the room looked even better than on the pictures. Very cozy and stylish. Nice ambience. The shower was also great. But the best thing about our stay was the staff. They were extremely kind and helpful. They helped us plan our day trips and gave overall great service in the hotel! Thank you so much for making our stay so pleasant, hope you receive many nice guests!

The Boys and Girls that run the hotel do a top job in helping for advices and assist in booking travel. They are honest operators and friendly. Highly recommend for location, amenities, services.

The hotel itself was in a great location, the rooms were new and clean. The breakfast was delicious and great value for money. But what we appreciated most were the great hosts, they explained the area very well and even helped us a lot when we realized we forgot something in the park!

Nicely designed room. Was upgraded to one with balcony. Manager was very helpful and provide good information to make full use of my 2 days up in Huangshan.

Perfect! The staff was so friendly. They gave us so much information all in English. The bed and shower were perfect as well. And you can walk to the entrance of Huangshan. I would recommend it.

perfect for European travelers...... I would really like to give it more than 10 points. What Tom does as a host in this wonderful, good price is far above anything we have ever experienced in a hotel. Tom speaks fluent English and is totally attuned to everyone's needs. I don't know how to thank him for everything he has done for us. my friend was traveling alone in the mountains and totally overestimated himself, which resulted in him missing the last cable car down. Tom arranged everything for us so that my friend came down from the mountain and was taken to the hotel. We didn't even know what we would have done without his help. the rooms are beautiful and the food was a great change from the local food we've had for the last three weeks. Today Tom was so kind and drove us to the bus station and explained to us exactly how we would get our tickets. We are sad that we couldn't stay longer and would book this hotel again at any time. ‐-------‐------------------------------- Ich würde so gerne mehr als 10 Punkte geben. das was Tom als Gastgeber in diesem wunderschönen guten Preis ist die weit über alles in Ordnung was wir jemals in einem Hotel erlebt haben. Tom spricht fließend Englisch und stellt sich auf jeden mit seinen Wünschen total ein. ich weiß gar nicht wie ich ihm für alles danken kann was er für uns getan hat. mein Freund war alleine in den Bergen unterwegs und hat sich total überschätzt, was dazu führte dass er die letzte Seilbahn nach unten verpasst hat. tom hat alles für uns geregelt so dass mein Freund noch vom Berg gekommen und ins Hotel gebracht worden ist. wir hätten gar nicht gewusst dass wir ohne seine Hilfe getan hätten. die Zimmer sind wunderschön und das Essen war eine großartige Abwechslung zu dem lokalem essen was wir die letzten drei Wochen hatten. heute war Tom noch so lieb und hat uns zur Busstation gefahren und uns genau erklärt die wir an unsere Tickets kommen. wir sind traurig dass wir nicht länger bleiben konnten und und würden jederzeit wieder genau dieses Hotel buchen.

Super cool. Service is extremly good. All worked out fine,. Taxi to North Railway Station was perfect (30RMB). Location cannot be better. 10 Minutes walk to South Gate. There are a lot of places to eat... For me best place. Thanks to this young Team, you did a perfect Job. The introduction to Yellow mountain was great and finally it worden out. I wish you all the best, hopefully a lot of customers. By the way, englisch is welcome there. The communication was cool .

The location is great. The hotel is a little bit far from the bus station, but there is a pick up service, so there were no trouble. The distance from the hotel to the bus to Huangshan is very walkable with many restaurants around the area. The staff was super nice and spoke very fluid english. If having any doubts about the mountain, they sure will know.

We stayed one night, before heading up to 黄山 in the morning - location was convenient and peaceful, tucked away further up from the main hubbub of the transfer hub but only 10 min walk from 南大门 to get on the mountain shuttle bus. The local town is charming to walk around - lots of restaurants and shops to stock up on walking snacks and local produce. The hotel manager spoke fluent English, which helped my English partner feel included. He helped us plan our walking route with useful must-sees, how to avoid closed off sections, areas of heavy foot traffic etc. Room is well equipped and comfortable, we had a romantic balcony overlooking the stream! Only downside is our room was next to the stairwell, and a large family was playing and shouting up and down the stairwell late into the evening (but this is not the hotel’s fault). Would recommend visiting 黄山 on a weekday, or even in slightly rainy weather if you don’t mind getting wet: Thu-Fri it was rainy/misty but beautifully tranquil and peaceful, almost no queuing at all on any parts. When we left on Saturday it was sunny but also extremely busy with big tour groups and aggressive crowds (luckily this was our leaving day).
