First impression of this hotel/guest house is gained from entering the reception. It appears disorganised and, like the roads and footpaths in the area, in a dilapidated and ramshackle condition. There is stuff everywhere and it's a mess. The host is fine though and provided assistance when requested to locate her accommodation. The room is OK, however the tiled floor in winter is as cold as a refrigerator without a rug or carpet- no central heating, but aircon warms the interior enough. For some odd reason no proper cloth towels are provided. Only disposable towels, which aren't really enough to dry off after showering. On the positive side the hot water system is responsive and works well.

The map in Trip.com is not accurate. The owner service is excellent for information and booked taxi.

房間很乾凈，老闆人超級好，來火車站接我們，性價比絕對槓槓的，大學生不騙大學生。我們徒步爬完華山的確挺累的，建議還是坐索道上北峯爬西峯再從西峯坐索道下

提前聯繫了老闆姐姐，我衹能説人美心善！巨巨巨巨好，免費接站，耐心解答。房子乾淨整潔，入住感超級無敵巨棒，客棧裡邊兒還有小貓可以擼！我一整個愛住了。

客房有接人服務，我們華山下來到遊客中心，房東可以來接，但是行李寄存在遊客中心外圍的商店內，跟房東溝通後，更改了接人的位置，10分鐘左右上車
客房還算乾淨，隔音一般，有淋浴熱水，無浴巾毛巾，需自帶，有洗漱用品。
地理位置還行，步行約600米內有大量小餐廳和超市，商場，水果攤
我們次日回西安，房東幫我們安排了旅遊車輛回西安站，上車地點，步行約10分鐘，很方便，總體體驗滿意

離華山站很近，在玉泉觀附近，如果散客搶不到門票，可以選擇從這裏徒步登山買票。民宿房間多，安靜乾淨，關鍵是房東待人熱情，真的有賓至如歸的感覺。小美女不但包接還免費送，大氣爽快！
